| Objective: With the improvement of the living standards of the people in our country,the lifestyle and dietary structure has also changed in recent years,and the incidence of hyperuricemia has been increasing year by year due to the high purine diet.Western medicine has a remarkable effect on reducing serum uric acid,but simply using western medicine has much side effects.New drugs such as phlostatin have significant efficacy and few adverse reactions,but the high price makes it difficult to promote at the grass-roots level.It’s very common to use traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease in clinical.However,there are few researches on the mechanism of TCM and the improvement of clinical symptoms and laboratory index.This article analysed the syndrome scores and the results of urea nitrogen,blood uric acid,cystatin,β 2 microglobulin,tumor necrosis factor α and so on in the two groups by observing the clinical curative effect of the patients who meet the diagnostic criteria.We evaluated the efficacy and safety of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of Uric Acid Nephropathy and found out the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in improving the renal damage to provide new evidence for the diagnosis and treatment in the uric acid nephropathy while using Chinese medicine and seek new ideas and new ways for treating the disease in Chinese medicine.Methods:Collect sixty subjects who meet the diagnostic criteria in the first affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to January 2018.Divide the patients into traditional Chinese medicine group(Invigorating the kidney and activating blood recipe group)and control group(Benzene bromide Malone group)randomly.Each group has 30 cases and he course of the treatment is 4 weeks.Record the scores of TCM symptoms,urea nitrogen,serum uric acid,cystatin,serum β2 microglobulin,urine β2 microglobulin and tumor necrosis factor α before and after the study.Meanwhile,monitor the level of the liver enzyme to know the safety of the of the drug use.Record all the information in detail in the course of the research and make statistical analysis of data using the software of SPSS19.0.Results:First,the syndromes integral level was comparable,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05)before treatment.After the treatment,there were 30 cases in the control group and 26 were effective(86.67%).Among them,7 were obviously effective(23.33%),19 were effective(63.33%)and 4 were invalid(13.33%).There were 30 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 27 were effective(90.00%).Among them,18 were obviously effective(60.00%),9 were effective(30.00%)and 3 were invalid(10.00%).The symptoms of the two groups were both improved after the treatment,and the difference between the two groups by rank sum test was significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the improvement of clinical symptoms in the Chinese medicine group was better than the control group.Second,both the control group and the traditional Chinese medicine group could reduce the serum uric acid,and T test was carried out respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in reducing uric acid for the result of T test was P < 0.05.Third,the levels of BUN,Cys-c,serumβ2-MG,urine β2-MG,TNF-αwere comparable between the two groups before treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).After treatment,the levels of BUN,Cys-c,serumβ2-MG,urineβ2-MG,TNF-αin both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the result of the T test was P < 0.05,indicating that the decrease of TCM group was better than that of control group and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions: First,The Chinese medicine group was better than the control grou p in improving the symptoms of uric acid nephropathy.Second,both the Chinese medicine group and the control group could reduce serum uric acid and there was no difference between them.Third,The two groups could both improve the l evel of BUN,Cys-c,serumβ2-MG,urineβ2-MG and TNF-α alpha and the Chinese medicine group had an advantage over the control group.Forth,there was no ob vious adverse reaction in the two groups. |
