Research purpose:This project will study HUA from the direction of purine metabolism,explore the SUA-lowering curative effect of Chinese medicine decoction Yi Shen Jian Pi Hua Zhuo decoction(YSJPHZ)on HUA patients and its influence on serum HX,explore the SUA-lowering mechanism of this Chinese medicine formula,and Febuxostat is compared to explore whether traditional Chinese medicine has more advantages,whether it can improve the body’s purine metabolism disorder and benefit more.Research methods:96 cases of outpatients and inpatients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled in this project.They were randomly divided into 3 groups by random number table method,35 cases in the blank control group,29 cases in the febuxostat group,There were 32 cases in the YSJPHZ group.All three groups were given education and instructed patients to improve their life and exercise style.Patients in the febuxostat group were given febuxostat tablets orally,and the YSJPHZ group was given oral self-made Chinese medicine decoction YSJPHZ recipe.After 8 weeks of treatment,observe the three groups of patients with blood uric acid,serum hypoxanthine(HX),uric acid excretion fraction,four blood lipids(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,blood routine,urine Changes in routine,stool routine,renal function(Scr,BUN),liver function(AST,ALT),and TCM syndromes.Research result:1.After treatment,the SUA of the three groups decreased.The decrease of SUA in the YSJPHZ medicine and febuxostat group was more significant than that of the blank control group.Compared with the three groups,P<0.01,there was a significant statistical difference.There was no significant difference in the decrease of SUA between the febuxostat group and the YSJPHZ medicine group,P> 0.05,not statistically significant.2.The reduction rate and effective rate of SUA in the western medicine group and the YSJPHZ group were higher than the blank control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;and the comparison between the YSJPHZ group and the febuxostat group,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.3.Comparison within the HX group after treatment: the HX content in the YSJPHZ group decreased,and the febuxostat group increased,P<0.05,there was a statistical difference,the blank control group had no significant change,P>0.05,no statistical difference.And the HX content of the YSJPHZ group was lower than that of the blank control group and the febuxostat group.The comparison between the three groups and the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,which was statistically different.4.After treatment,there was no significant change in blood lipids in the blank control group and the febuxostat group,P>0.05,there was no statistical difference.In addition to the TG,the other blood lipid indexes of the patients in the YSJPHZ group were changed compared with the previous one,P<0.05,there was a statistical difference.There was no significant difference in the changes of TC,HDL-C,and LDL-C among the three groups,P>0.05,there was no statistical difference.The LDL-C of the YSJPHZ group was lower than that of the blank control group and the febuxostat group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.After treatment,the scores of syndromes in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,P<0.01,which was statistically different;the scores of the YSJPHZ were lower than those of the blank control group and the febuxostat group,P<0.05,which was statistically different.There was no significant difference between the blank control group and the febuxostat group,P>0.05.After treatment,the effective rate of syndrome scores in the YSJPHZ group was higher than that in the febuxostat group and the blank control group,P<0.05,which was statistically different.6.After treatment,blank control group Scr was higher than before,while the YSJPHZ group was lower,P<0.05,which was statistically different.The febuxostat group was higher,P>0.05,which was not statistically significant.Between the YSJPHZ group and the blank control group and the febuxostat group Comparison,P<0.05,statistically significant;BUN of blank control group and febuxostat group increased after treatment,P>0.05,no statistical significance,YSJPHZ group decreased,P<0.05,statistically significant,but between the three groups Comparison,P>0.05,no statistical significance.7.After treatment,the blank control group and the febuxostat group AST,ALT,the YSJPHZ group AST,P>0.05,there was no statistical difference.ALT decreased in the YSJPHZ group,P<0.05,and the comparison between the groups,P<0.05,was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.YSJPHZ can effectively reduce SUA in HUA patients,which is not significantly different from the western medicine group.2.YSJPHZ can lower serum HX and lower SUA from the upstream of the purine synthesis chain.Compared with febuxostat,it may benefit patients more.3.YSJPHZ can improve the symptoms of patients in traditional Chinese medicine.The symptoms of patients who take febuxostat alone have not been significantly improved.Therefore,the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can help patients improve their condition.4.YSJPHZ can effectively reduce LDL-C in patients.The treatment of TC,TG,and HDL-C needs further exploration.5.No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the use of YSJPHZ.
