Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue jiedu recipe in treating qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease patients with chronic heart failure.Methods: A randomized,controlled trial was used to study 60 patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease diagnosed by western medicine.It was divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue jiedu decoction and standardized western medicine,while the control group was given placebo on the basis of standardized western medicine treatment.After 12 weeks of treatment,the changes of NYHA cardiac function,LVEFV,LVEDd,NT-proBNPN 6MWTand Minnesota heart failure quality of life were measured before and after 12 weeks of treatment.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue jiedu recipe in treating patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease.outcome :1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the baseline of the two groups when entering the group.The comparison between the two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.after 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of heart rate,heart rate,LVEF,LVEDd,NT-BNP,6MWT,and heart failure were quantified in the NYHA cardiac function classification,and the quality of life scores of Minnesota heart failure were all improved compared with those before treatment,and there were statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was more effective than the control group in the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In the safety observation index of the treatment group and the control group,there were no significant changes before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Results:Yiqi Huoxue jiedu prescription combined with standardized western medicine treatment can effectively alleviate the symptoms of heart failure improve cardiac function improve the quality of life and have a high safety.
