Clinical Study Of Yishen Qingli Decoction In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Dampness-heat Syndrome In Idiopathic Membranous NePhroPathy

Objective:To Preliminarily evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yishen Qingli Decoction in the treatment of Patients with idioPathic membranous nePhroPathy with kidney deficiency and damPness-heat syndrome and its effect on serum inflammatory factors,and to Provide reference for finding an effective treatment for idioPathic membranous nePhroPathy.Methods:According to the diagnostic,inclusion and exclusion criteria established in this study,60 Patients with idioPathic membranous nePhroPathy with kidney deficiency damPness-heat syndrome,30 cases in the control grouP and 30 cases in the Yishen Qingli PrescriPtion grouP were included in the DePartment of NePhrology of Nanjing HosPital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The control grouP received basic treatment and immunosuPPressant treatment,while the Yishen Qingli Formula grouP was additionally given Yishen Qingli Formula based on the treatment of the control grouP.8 weeks of treatment,two grouPs before and after treatment were measured and recorded the 24 h urine Protein quantitative(24 huPq),albumin(ProPagated),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(CHOL),tumor necrosis factor alPha(TNF alPha),interleukin 6(IL 6)and interleukin 10(IL-10),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCR),and other indicators,in the case of a change observed in the two grouPs before and after treatment of TCM clinical syndrome.Finally,the collected medical record data will be collated and analyzed to reach the final conclusion.Results:57 cases of comPlete medical records were actually collected in this study,including 28 cases in the control grouP and 29 cases in the Yishen Qingli Formula grouP.(1)Data comParison before treatment:there was no statistical significance in the comParison of general data(gender,age)and various indicators(24hUPQ,ALB,TG,CHOL,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,BUN,SCR,TCM syndrome score and safety index)between the control grouP and the Yichen Qingli Formula grouP before treatment(P>0.05),and there was comParability.(2)ComParison of all indicators after treatment:comPared with before treatment,24 hUPQ,TG and CHOL in both grouPs decreased after treatment,and Yishen Qingli Formula grouP was better than the control grouP,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,ALB increased in both grouPs,and Yishen Qingli Formula grouP was better than control grouP,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)ComParison of inflammatory factors:TNF-α and IL-6 in the two grouPs were higher than the standard values before treatment,but decreased significantly after treatment,the difference between grouPs was statistically significant,the Yishen Qingli Formula grouP was better than the control grouP(P<0.01);After treatment,IL-10 in the two grouPs was higher than before,the difference was statistically significant,and the grouP of Yishen Qingli Formula was better than the control grouP(P<0.05).(4)The total effective rate was as follows:Yishen Qingli Formula grouP(93.1%)and control grouP(71.4%),with statistical significance between grouPs(P<0.05).(5)TCM syndrome score:After treatment,TCM syndrome score of the two grouPs decreased,the difference was statistically significant,and the grouP of Yishen Qingli Formula was better than the control grouP(P<0.05).(6)Safety:1 Patient in the control grouP had a sudden cerebral infarction during the observation Period(considered to be related to older age and more basic diseases),and no significant changes were observed in the remaining examinations and before treatment.Conclusions:Yishen Qingli Decoction can increase the total effective rate of treatment for Patients with kidney deficiency damP-heat syndrome of idioPathic membranous nePhroPathy,imProve the clinical symPtoms of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the levels of 24H urinary Protein,triglyceride,total cholesterol,increase the level of albumin,inhibit the exPression of IL-6,TNF-α,and Promote the expression of IL-10.The clinical effect is significant,no significant adverse reactions have been found in the short term,which is of great clinical value and worth PoPularizing.
