Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Acupoint Application Of Heartache Hard Hot Ointment On Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)

Objectives : By observing the changes of TCM syndrome score,the improvement of angina symptoms,ECG changes and the rate of stopping and subtraction of nitroglycerin before and after treatment of patients with coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),this paper studies the clinical effect of Acupoint Application of heart pain hard hot ointment in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease To explore the rationality of the clinical application of heart pain and hard hot ointment,and to find an effective and safe traditional Chinese medicine intervention to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods: This topic was carried out from July 2016 to October 2017 in the department of cardiology of pingdingshan traditional Chinese medicine hospital.There were 60 cases of patients with stable angina of coronary heart disease with clinical diagnosis,including 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 in the control group,and 60 cases were actually completed.The control group was treated with standardized treatment regimens of western medicine(nitric acid ester,beta blocker,calcium antagonist,aspirin,statin lipids).On the basis of the standardized treatment regimen of western medicine,the experimental group combined treatment with heartburn ointment acupoint,and the treatment period was 4 weeks.On two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM symptoms integral,angina symptoms improvement,electrocardiogram(ECG)changes and nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate index statistics compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy,and the patient vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function and renal function were compared to determine the clinical safety.All data were analyzed using Microsoft Office Excel 2007 software construction database and SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:There were 60 cases in this project,30 in the test group and 30 in the control group.Two groups of patients,including ethnicity,gender,history of allergy,and risk factors of coronary heart disease,were analyzed by X2 test,and P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Age,height,weight,course of disease in general information,t test,P > 0.05,no statistical difference.Effectiveness evaluation show that the two groups of patients before and after treatment improve TCM symptoms integral,angina pectoris and electrocardiogram(ECG)changes and nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate within the group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,prove that western medicine standardization and means of intervention of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)is the exact clinical curative effect.Two groups of patients after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,angina symptoms improvement,electrocardiogram(ECG)changes and nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate comparison between groups,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,to prove that heartache hard hot paste acupoint sticking combined western medicine routine treatment in improving TCM symptoms,anginapectoris,electrocardiogram(ECG)and nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate is superior to western medicine.In the comparison of ecg changes between the two groups,P > 0.05,no statistical difference was found.During the study,the pulse,respiration,blood pressure,urine routine,blood routine,stool routine and liver and kidney function were not different,and the clinical use was safe.Conclusion: 1.Acupoint application of heartache ointment can improve the degree of pain,frequency,duration and inducing factors of angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).2.Acupoint application of heart pain Yintong ointment can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),especially for the secondary syndrome,"palpitation restlessness" and "chest flank swell".3,acupoint application of heart pain hard hot ointment can significantly reduce the dosage of Nitroglycerin Tablets,reduce the side effects of related drugs,reduce the clinical symptoms and relieve the sufferings of the patients.4.There is no difference in electrocardiogram changes between heartache,hard heat paste and acupoint application.5,the heart pain hard heat paste point application is exquisite,the selection of points is reasonable,the clinical application is simple,safe and reliable.
