| Objective:By observing the changes of TCM syndrome scores and the number and size of gallstones before and after treatment in 60 patients with gallstones with hepato-biliary dampness and heat stagnation,we investigated the effects of Shugan Lidan Recipe and external features of traditional Chinese medicine on ear acupressure pills.The clinical curative effect of treating gallbladder calculus with hepatobiliary heat and gallbladder in clinic provides evidence-based medical evidence for clinical treatment of this type of gallstone.Methods:The income of patients with biliary calculi in spleen and stomach hepatobiliary from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2017 was 60 cases.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases.The control group was given Xiaoshi Lidan capsule orally,and the treatment group was treated with Shugan Lidan decoction and supplemented with acupuncture pills with characteristic features of traditional Chinese medicine.Both groups were given daily dietary care during treatment.The course of treatment is 3 months.After the end of treatment,the clinical syndrome scores,total scores of TCM syndromes,and changes in the number and diameter of gallstones before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients,and statistical analysis was performed.Results:1.Comparison of TCM clinical syndromes before and after treatment:Comparison of treatment group scores,comparison of oral and throat symptoms before and after treatment,and statistically significant differences(P<0.05);right upper quadrant abdominal pain and right upper abdominal tenderness,nausea,vomiting,upper abdominal Significant statistical differences were found in symptoms such as aggravated and defecate after full-fat greasy eating(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the pain and throat symptoms before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).The abdominal pain in the right upper quadrant and tenderness in the right upper abdomen,nausea,vomiting and other symptoms have very significant statistical differences(P<0.01);there is no statistical difference between before and after treatment in the upper abdomen fullness after eating oily and aggravated stool condition(P>0.05).Compared with the total scores of TCM syndromes,there was no significant difference in the total scores of TCM clinical syndromes before treatment between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The total scores of the TCM syndromes after treatment between the treatment group and the control group were significantly statistically significant.Differences between the two groups(P<0.01);There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.3% and 66.7%,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the efficacy of TCM syndromes(P<0.01).2.Comparison of ultrasound before and after treatment:Comparison between the number of stones in the two groups before treatment and the stone size were not significantly different(P>0.05),and they were comparable.The number of stones in the treatment group had statistically significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the number of stones in the control group had significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).the stone size of the treatment group had statistically significant difference before and after treatment.Differences(P<0.01),before and after treatment of stone size in the control group,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01).Comparing the ultrasound results,the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.3% and 70.0%,respectively,and there was a statistically significant difference in the ultrasound efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect before and after treatment: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.3% and 63.3% respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the comprehensive curative effect(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Shugan Lidan Prescription and auricular acupressure pills can significantly improve the TCM clinical syndromes of patients with gallstones with hepatobiliary heat and gas stagnation,especially in the improvement of satiety and bowel condition in the upper abdomen.2.The combination of Shugan Lidan Prescription and auricular acupressure pills can significantly improve the number and size of gallstones in patients with hepatobiliary hydrothermal qi stagnation,especially in improving the number of stones compared with the control group.3.The comprehensive curative effect of Shugan Lidan Recipe combined with auricular acupressure pills in the treatment of hepatobiliary heat-and-gas stagnation gallstones is superior to that of the control group. |
