Tongluo Yiwei Decoction For Chronic Atrophic(Gastritis Gastrointestinal Blood Type)clinical Research

Objective:The study was based on TCM syndrome differentiation for patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with blood stasis type.To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongluo Yiwei decoction by comparing the changes of TCM syndrome,gastroscopy and pathology,Provide theoretical basis and new ideas for clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM.Methods: The 68 patients enrolled were numbered.The number was based on the order of treatment.After the figures are completed,the patients are divided into a treatment group and a control group,and a random number table is used.The ratio is1:1,with 34 cases in each group.During the treatment period,the treatment group was given Tongluo Yiwei Decoction and the control group was given Weifuchun.The treatment duration was 12 weeks and both groups received 1 course of treatment.After the end of the treatment period,medication was stopped.Before treatment and after one course of standardized medication treatment,the symptoms of Chinese medicine were quantified quantificationally,endoscopic findings,and pathological results were scored.Changes in the scores before and after treatment were observed.At the same time,adverse events were recorded and the safety index of Tongluo Yiwei Decoction was evaluated.After the end of the treatment,follow-up was performed to observe the recurrence rate of the patient.Results:1.The intra-group comparisons before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group had statistical significance in TCM symptom scores(P<0.05),and The two groups had statistical significance after treatment(P<0.05).2.In the symptoms of TCM syndromes,there was no significant difference in the symptoms of reducing food between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).It had statistical significance in other symptoms(P<0.05).3.Before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group,there was a statistically significant difference in the gastroscopy performance scores between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group,there was a statistically significant difference in the pathological intestinal metastasis performance scores between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Safety evaluation: The safety indexes before and after treatment of 76 patients enrolled in the study included blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine,occult blood test,liver function,renal function,five tumor markers and electrocardiogram,all within the normal range.6.According to the criterion of disease recurrence,the relapse rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Tongluo Yiwei Decoction can significantly improve TCM symptoms in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,among which are improvement of stomach cramps,epigastric pain,pain,definiteness,dull complexion,stomach pain rejection,fatigue and shortness of breath.Symptoms were superior to the control group and had obvious advantages.The therapeutic group had comparable efficacy to the control group in terms of reduced food intake.2.Tongluo Yiwei Decoction improves gastric mucosal signs and atrophic intestinal pathological manifestations under endoscopy,and is superior to Weifuchun.3.Tongluo Yiwei Decoction has high safety and low recurrence rate in clinical application and is worthy of promotion.
