Clinical Observation On No.2 Gastritis Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis With Liver-stomach Disharmony

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of No.2 Gastritis Decoction in treating chronic non-atrophic gastritis with liver-stomach disharmony,and to provide clinical data support for the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods:Sixty patients suffered from chronic non-atrophic gastritis with liver-stomach disharmony who met the entry criteria of this study were enrolled,and they were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Both groups receive health education,the treatment group was treated with gastritis No.2 Gastritis Decoction for 4 weeks,and the control group was treated with mosapride for 4 weeks.Observe and record the quantitative scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,gastric mucosal manifestations before and after treatment,and adverse reactions during the treatment.The data obtained were statistically analyzed by SPSS24.0.Result:1.TCM symptom total score:After treatment,the total TCM symptom score of the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the total TCM symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);2.Individual TCM symptom scores:After treatment,the individual TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference in the scores of gastric fullness or discomfort,flank pain or fullness,belching,and nausea in the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of emotional factors,chest tightness,and Santai in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,with significant statistical differences(P<0.01).The acid reflux scores in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);3.TCM symptom curative effect:in the treatment group,2 cases were cured clinically,13 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.6%.In the control group,1 case was clinically cured,7 cases were markedly effective,and 16 cases were effective.5 cases were ineffective.No.2 Gastritis Decoction has better overall curative effect(P>0.05);4.Endoscopic gastric mucosal efficacy:in the treatment group,9 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 86.2%.In the control group,9 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 82.8%.The overall curative effect is equivalent(P>0.05);5.Adverse reactions:During the treatment,1 patient in the control group had mild diarrhea,and the rest of the subjects had no adverse reactions.Conclusion:No.2 Gastritis Decoction has a clear clinical effect in treating chronic non-atrophic gastritis with liver-stomach disharmony.It can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and has no obvious adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
