Du Moxibustion Combined With Yishen Tongluo Decoction In Treatment Of Erectile Dysfunction(Kidney Deficiency And Liver-qi Stagnation) Curative Effect Evaluation

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Du moxibustion combined with Yishen Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of functional ED.Methods:This paper collected in Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and reproductive andrology clinic 2017.04 to 2018.02 outpatient and inpatient 120 cases met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria were,according to the order of visits,according to random number classification were randomly divided into 2groups,the 7 cases without regular treatment and automatic exit requirements,and ultimately into the observation of 113 cases of patients were statistically analysis:the treatment group(DU moxibustion combined with Yishen Tongluo Decoction in57 cases),control group(Yishen Tongluo Decoction)in 56 cases.Two groups of patients in the following clinical data(age,duration,severity,etc.)were statistically analyzed,showing no statistical significance(P>0.05),which is comparable.By comparing the two groups of patients’ IIEF-5 score and TCM symptom score before and after treatment,we evaluated and analyzed the clinical effective rate and the improvement of TCM symptoms.Results:The clinical treatment results showed that Du moxibustion combined with Yishen Tongluo Decoction treatment group 11 cases were cured,35 cases markedly effective,4 cases effective,7 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 87.7%;the use of Yishentongluo Decoction control group 6 cases were cured,25 cases markedly effective,10 cases effective,15 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of73.2%,the difference between the two groups were compared(P<0.05).In the comparison of the IIEF-5 scores after treatment,the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the improvement of TCM syndrome score after treatment,the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The Du moxibustion combined with Yishen Tongluo Decoction caneffectively improve the patients’ IIEF-5 score,and enhance sexual confidence of patients,improve the quality of life of patients with.(2)The Du moxibustion combined with Yishen Tongluo Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with functional ED.(3)The treatment of functional ED is effective,safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
