Design And Implementation Of A Hospital Management Information System In Changchun,Jilin

The rapid development of information technology has not only changed people’s way of life,but also brought about tremendous changes in all walks of life.As one of the traditional industries,hospitals in the medical and health professions are no exception.But at present,many hospitals do not have reasonable information technology to deal with the increasing data information,and can not accurately and timely grasp the first hand information of the hospital,thus resulting in the confusion of performance management and data fighting.It can not provide real time and accurate data support for the decision makers of the hospital,and make the development strategy for the hospital.There are obstacles to the timely adjustment.In this context,many hospitals began to seek to solve these problems through information technology,and the hospital management information system was born and gradually improved.According to the business characteristics of the hospital management center,this paper designs and develops a management information system for the hospital.This paper mainly includes the following research contents and achievements: first,the development background of the hospital management system is analyzed.The development status of hospital management information system at home and abroad is expounded.The main problems to be solved in this system are discussed.The overall situation of the system is summarized in detail,and the thesis structure is organized according to the idea of software engineering.Two,the system adopts MVC technology and uses SSH architecture.And uses the object-oriented programming language Java,uses the Java EE technology standard.Ensure the development of the system is efficient,cheap and the quality of the system itself;three,the unified modeling language is used to complete the modeling work of the system.From the function point of view,the system is divided into seven functional modules,which are the management of infrastructure projects,the management of bidding procurement,the management of expert extraction,the management of financial funds,the management of the system,the generation of reports and other functions.The user is a staff member of hospital management,finance department,and other departments and finance department.The input and use of hospital management information system can not only improve the level of hospital service,improve the efficiency of the work,improve the financial supervision,but also promote the innovation of the mode of hospital supervision.Facts have proved that the input and use of this system has provided great support for the information construction and efficiency improvement of our hospital.Through more than one month’s trial operation,it shows that the use and operation of the system is simple and convenient,the user can be quickly mastered,the interface is neat and friendly,and provides a personal working environment for the user;the function is complete,and the management needs of the hospital are satisfied,and the operation efficiency of the hospital is promoted to a great extent.
