Objective:To observe the application of Topolyzer Oculyzerand contact Heidelberg confocal laser cornea microscope(HRT3)in phacoemulsification of cataract and intraocular lens implantation(Shanghai Baxter)and compound sodium chloride solution(Shuanghe,Anhui)were used as anterior chamber perfusion solution to influence corneal endothelium,thickness and volume of anterior chamber respectively.Methods:Using prospective,randomized,double-blind method to divided the collected patients data into two groups:the control group with compound sodium chloride solution as the anterior chamber infusion solution and the experimental group with sodium lactate ringer solution as the anterior chamber infusion solution.The phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were performed by the same senior medical director.The best corrected visual acuity,endothelial cell density,endothelial hexagonal cell ratio,central corneal thickness and volume of anterior chamber were measured before and after operation.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the results obtained.Results:There are totally 62 cases patients(62 eyes)were required to complete the postoperative follow-up requirements.Among them,31(31 eyes)of the experimental group(Lactated Ringer’s solution group)and 31 eyes(31 cases)of the control group(combined sodium chloride group);1.The visual acuity of the experimental group was compared at different time points.Repeated measurement analysis of variance was used.The results obtained were statistically significant(F=110.216,P<0.05).There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The difference in visual acuity between the groups at different time points was statistically significant(F=110.413,P<0.05);between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P=0.052>0.05).There was a difference between the other groups(P<0.05);between the two groups: the difference was statistically significant on the 1st postoperative day(t=5.237,P=0.000 less than 0.05).The best-corrected visual acuity of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).2.The corneal endothelial cell densities at different time points in the experimental group were compared,the difference was statistically significant(F=100.873,P<0.05);the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group had different eyesight at different times.Differences in analysis of variance were statistically significant(F=724.928,P<0.05);differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);post-surgery comparisons: differences were statistically significant(P <0.05),the endothelial cell density of the experimental group was less than that of the control group.3.There was a statistically significant difference between the ratio of corneal endothelial hexagonal cells at different time points in the experimental group(F=503.313,P<0.05);both groups had differences between the two groups(P<0.05),and the control group had different time nodes.Visual acuity analysis of variance,the difference was statistically significant(F=631.277,P<0.05);between the two groups,there were differences(P<0.05);between the two groups: the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),it can be considered that the proportion of endothelial cells in the experimental group is smaller than that of the control group.4.The central corneal thickness of the experimental group at different time points was statistically significant(F=852.740,P<0.05);the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the visual acuity of the control group was different at different times.Analysis and comparison showed that the difference was statistically significant(F=906.749,P<0.05).There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Postoperative comparison between the two groups: There were statistical differences between the two groups after 3 days.The significance of the study(P=0.048<0.05)can be considered that the central corneal thickness in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group;there was no significant difference between the two groups at 1w and 1m after surgery(P>0.05).5.The difference in the volume of the anterior chamber at different time points in the experimental group was statistically significant(F=509.974,P<0.05).After comparison between the two groups,there was no statistical difference between preoperative and postoperative 1w(P=0.116).>0.05),there was no significant difference between postoperative 1w and postoperative 1m(P=0.699>0.05);the variance of the visual acuity of the control group at different time points was statistically significant(F=526.374,P<0.05);There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).It can be considered that there was no difference in the anterior chamber volume between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion:1.The perfusion fluid in the anterior chamber will affect the number,structure and functional stability of corneal endothelium,and the edema of the cornea after operation will affect the recovery of visual quality after surgery.Compound sodium chloride solution(anhui double crane),however,relatively small disturbance of aqueous humor component,has good histocompatibility,thereby in intraoperative help maintain anterior chamber and corneal endothelial protection,maintain the stability of the endothelial cell structure and function,so for age-related cataract patients with compound sodium chloride solution(anhui double crane)as anterior chamber perfusion liquid effect is more better than sodium lactate slinger liquid double crane(Shanghai Baxter).2.Compound sodium chloride was compared with sodium lactate ringer’s fluid.The time of visual recovery of the former was shorter than that of the latter,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.3.For age-related cataract ultrasonic emulsification cataract patients(Phaco and iol implantation,the compound sodium chloride solution and sodium lactate salinger liquid in the two groups will be unstable early postoperative anterior chamber volume smaller preoperatively,but long-term postoperative anterior chamber volume is stable or even greater than the preoperative,no special correlation with fluids.
