| Objective:“Lianzhifan solution” is the anorectal specialist Mr.Huang Jichuan’s rescriptions for the hemorrhoid specialist medication since 1884,with Scavenging heat and dampness,activating blood and removing stasis,detumescence and relieving pain,after a hundred years of clinical application,the curative effect is affirmed.In this experiment,though statistical analysis of two groups of experimental data,in order to observe the “Lianzhifan solution” retention enema for the clinical effect of prophylaxis on stricture of anastomotic hyperplasia after PPH operation.Methods: Collection of Chengdu anorectal specialist hospital diagnosis of III-IV hemorrhoids or mixed hemorrhoids patients since february 2017 to February 2018,and 300 cases of hospitalized patients with PPH operation,using random digital cards,according to the sequence of operation,150 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and 150 cases in the control group.Patients in the treatment group were given general routine dressing after operation,and on the basis of conventional dressing combined with Lianzhifan solution(Chengdu anorectal Hospital Preparation)15ml retention enema;The control group was added with normal saline 15 ml retention enema on the basis of routine dressing.By digital rectal examination and anal examination to observe the two groups of patients after 2 weeks,1 months and 2 months of anastomotic stenosis or hyperplasia,according to the situation of the anastomosis as the basis for the evaluation of the curative effect,those who are judged to be "hyperplastic or narrow" are regarded as ineffective,calculation of the incidence of hyperplastic stenosis,and statistics of two groups of data,and observe the occurrence of edema,bleeding and anus distension after the operation,and use statistical software SPSS20.0 to make a statistical analysis.Evaluation of the Lianzhifan solution retention enema for mouth hyperplasia clinical curative effect stenosis of anastomosis to prevent hemorrhoids after PPH operation.Results: In this study,all the 297 patients were treated with the expected completion of the intervention treatment and the return visit after the operation.Before the intervention treatment of treatment group and control group were respectively in sex ratio,age and number of hemorrhoids were compared,the two sets of data are comparable(P>0.05).Statistical analysis of the number of two groups of patients with postoperative anastomotic stricture,the results show no statistical significance(P>0.05),there is no clinical difference in results.The incidence of anal edema,bleeding and anus bulging in the treatment group and the control group after operation was compared,the incidence of the control group was higher than that of the control group,the number of cases of anal edema and anal distension after operation in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05),significant statistical significance for postoperative anus bulge(P<0.01),but there was no significant statistical significance for postoperative bleeding(P>0.05).The results of this study suggest that Chinese medicine Lianzhifan solution retention enema in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative edema of crissum and anal bulge disease has certain curative effect.Conclusion: The incidence of anastomotic stenosis after PPH is low,the total incidence is 1.68%,because of its low incidence,the treatment group patients Lianzhifan solution retention enema for the prevention of hemorrhoids postoperative anastomotic stenosis PPH hyperplasia compared to the patients in the control group had no difference,there is no clinical significance;But even the Lianzhifan solution retention enema for the prevention of hemorrhoids PPH postoperative anal bulge and edema has good clinical curative effect,and there is no obvious side effect and skin allergy during the study,which is safe,simple and practical. |
