The Characteristics Of Modern Medical Treatment Of Children With Cough Variant Asthma Based On Syndrome

Objective: This paper collect the literature of children with cough variant asthma in recent 26 years using the method of literature and statistics in order to study the common syndrome types,the characteristics of drug use,and to reveal the rules of compatibility of their groups,and also to provide a reference basis for clinical,scientific research and teaching for children with cough variant asthma and also for clinicians to treat and treat these diseases.These provide the basis for clinical physicians to diagnose and cure diseases and develop new drugs.Methods: the Chinese biomedical literature database,the Qinghua Tongfang periodical database,the full text database of VP journal,and the full text database of Wanfang digital periodicals were used to retrieve 465 clinical literature on the treatment of children’s CAV by traditional Chinese medicine in 2017.The drug characteristics of core drugs,drug pairs and common syndromes were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)syndrome characteristics:children with CVA syndrome type involves 22 kinds of governance.The main syndromes of the attack period are: spleen and lung qi deficiency,wind evil offending lung type;spleen and lung qi deficiency,phlegm heat obstructing lung type;spleen lung kidney deficiency,cold drink stopping lung type;spleen lung qi deficiency,wind heat offending lung type;spleen asthenia liver flourishing,liver fire offending lung type;spleen lung kidney qi deficiency,wind cold attack lung type;Yin deficiency and lung heat,dryness evil offense lung type;spleen lung kidney qi deficiency,wind evil offense,lung type,food stagnation,phlegm heat obstructing lung type.There are 9 syndromes.The main syndromes of the remission period are: spleen lung qi deficiency,phlegm damp accumulation lung type,spleen lung qi deficiency,phlegm stasis and lung type,spleen lung qi deficiency,wind phlegm obstructing lung type,spleen deficiency liver flourish type,yin deficiency lung heat type,lung deficiency liver liver type 6 syndrome types.The main syndromes of the stable period were: spleen and lung qi deficiency type,spleen lung Qi Yin two deficiency type,lung qi deficiency type,lung yin deficiency type,spleen kidney yang deficiency type,spleen and lung kidney deficiency type,liver lung yin deficiency type.There are 7 syndrome types.(2)drug using characteristics: children CVA medicine is widely used.There are 22 categories of herbs are used.The first 10 herb class are antitussive antiasthmatic herbs,antiphlegm herbs,phlegm herbs,tonifying herbs,antipyretic herbs,breath antispasmodic,astringent astringent herbs,wet medicine,blood circulation and removing stasis medicine.The use of the core medicine with more than 80 times(including 80 times)is the 20 flavors of ephedra,almond,dragon,cicada,pinellia,Radix aster,Platycodon,Schisandra,Scutellaria,Scutellaria,baicalin,baicalin,astragalus,Radix Astragalus,wind,mulberry,Atractylodes,Fuling and asarum.The first 10 groups of herbs used in the first place were ephedra,almond,roasted ephedra and dragon;apricot kernel and dragon;broiled ephedra and cicada;cicada and dragon;cicada,almond;broiled ephedra,apricot kernel and dragon;pinellia,cicada,almond,aster,flax yellow.(3)the characteristics of common syndrome type of herb use:1: spleen and lung qi deficiency,wind evil offense lung type medicine: ephedra,almond,cicada,dragon,silkworm,Pinellia ternata,tangerine peel,Scutellaria,asarum,Platycodon,Radix Astragalus,astragalus,Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Atractylodes,Rhizoma Atractylodes.2: spleen and lung qi deficiency,phlegm heat obstructing lung type medicine: ephedra ephedra,almond,raw gypsum,Houttuynia,Scutellaria,cicada,dragon,pinellia,mulberry,soda,and winter flower.3: the spleen and lung kidney deficiency,cold drink stopped lung medicine: Roasted ephedra,cinnamon peel,Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Pteris,astragalus,almond,Schisandra chinensis and Bombyx Silkworm.7: spleen and lung qi deficiency,phlegm stasis obstructing lung type medicine: Pinellia ternata,Poria,citrus peel,peach kernel,Ligusticum chuanxiong,almond,Platycodon grandiflorum,perilla seed,Sichuan Fritillaria,earthworm,cicada slough.8:Qi deficiency type medicine: Astragalus,Rhizoma Atractylodes,wind proof,radix ginseng,yam,jujube,ginger,Pinellia ternata,tuckahoe,tangerine,Ophiopogon,Schisandra and soda.Conclusion: the pathological changes of CVA in children are mostly false and solid.The deficiency of the disease is mostly occurring in spleen and lung qi deficiency,spleen and lung Qi Yin deficiency,lung qi deficiency,lung yin deficiency,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,spleen and lung kidney deficiency,especially spleen and lung qi deficiency.The sign of the pathogenic wind,cold,heat,liver,lung,liver,phlegm,heat,blood stasis,wet food are often as the excessive syndrome.In order to strengthen the function of the Zang Fu organs and prevent the recurrence,the internal medicine is different through the onset,the remission period and the stable period.Embodies the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation,and the prevention of the recurrence of the recovered solid thought.
