A Clinical Observation On Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Qufengzhike Treating Cough-variant Asthma In Children

Objective To observe the influence of Qufengzhike in the Cough-variant asthma children’s serum IL-4,IgE and pulmonary function,explore its action mechanism and main action pathway,and evaluate its curative effect and safety.Methods In the patients of Hangzhou Red Cross hospital in October 2016 to November 2017,select 60 cases of cough variant asthma children and divide them into control group and observation group,The control group use Montelukast sodium1 times every night,and 1 piece 1 times,The observation group on the basis of taking Montelukast sodium,take the treatment of Qufengzhike medicine,.evaluate the cough integral symptoms before the start of treatment and at the time of every 2 week,test the pulmonary function and serum IL-4,IgE level at the start and the end of the research.Results(1)Comparison of cough scores:The cough score after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was highly significant(P<0.01);the comparison of the scores between 2 groups after treatment shows that the times and the level of cough in the treatment group is lower than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),the control rate of the treatment group is higher than the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of IgE and IL-4:The score of IgE and IL-4 after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was highly significant(P<0.01);the comparison between 2 groups after treatment shows that the score of IgE and IL-4 in the treatment group is lower than the control group,and the difference was highly significant(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of lung function(FVC%、FEV1%):The score of FVC and FEV1 after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was highly significant(P<0.01);the comparison between 2 groups after treatment shows that the difference was no significant(P>0.05).Comparison of lung function(PEF% 、FEF50%):The score of PEF and FEF50 after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was highly significant(P<0.01);the comparison between2 groups after treatment shows that the score of PEF and FEF50 in the treatment group is higher than the control group,and the difference was significant has highly statistical difference(P<0.01).(4)During the period of treatment,all patients of two groups have no adverse drug reaction.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine of Qufengzhike can effectively control the children’s cough variant asthma attack,has outstanding effect on improving the level of IL-4,IgE and pulmonary small airway function,has satisfactory safety to be popularized.
