| Objective:To analysis the distribution between serum lipid and lipoprotein levels in benign malignancies,relationship between serum lipid and lipoprotein levels and the clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer.Methods:Clinical data of 435 patients with breast cancer and 157 patients with benign breast disease were retrospectively collected,who received treatment in The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical Universityfrom January 2014 to March 2016,and to explore the relationship between levels of total cholesterol(TC)/triglyceride(TG)/high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c)/low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c)and occurrence of breastcancer/clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer patients.Results:① Factors affecting the occurrence of breast cancer:Single factor classification logistic regression analysis results showed that the TC(OR=1.737,95%CI=1.039~2.9,P = 0.035),LDL-c(OR = 1.779,95%CI = 1.163~1.163,P = 0.008)is a risk factor for breast cancer,multifactor logistic analysis showed that,LDL-c(OR = 1.750,95%CI=1.143~2.680,P = 0.010)were independent risk factors for breast cancer.②Association analysis of serum lipid levels and clinicl characteristics of breast cancer patients:The tumor diameter was correlated with serum HDL-c,the tumor diameter was less than 2cm and the serum HDL-c level was slightly higher than that of>2cm(P<0.05);③Association analysis of serum lipid levels and pathological characteristics of breast cancer patients:The levels of serum TC,LDL-c of ki 67 expression rate of<20%are slightly higher than>20%(P<0.05),the levels of serum LDL-c of the not Luminal type(TNBC and HER-2 overexpression)are slightly higher than Luminal type(P<0.05);④To identify the level of serum LDL-c type Luminal area under the ROC curve of breast cancer was 0.576,the biggest Youden index corresponding to the levels of LDL-c is 2.515mmol/L,the LDL-c(2.515 ≥mmol/L)predict the not Luminal type corresponding to the sensitivity is 72.9%,specificity is 58.8%.Conclusion:High level of serum LDL-c is strongly associated with occurrence of breast cancer,and levels of serum lipid are associated with the tumor diameter,molecular type of breast cancer,but it needs further randomized controlled studies to confirm. |
