Objective:To evaluate the relationship of urinary cytology results(AO-F)and relevant factors of Bladder Cancer,we conducted it by investigating the results of preoperative urinary cytology、clinical symptom, postoperative pathological findings, and recurrence of bladder cancer patients. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 1391 cases of acridine orange fluorescene in urinary cytology in patients with bladder cancer who underwent surgical treatment in the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University between 2013 and 2017.The urinary cytology positive rate were compared among different gender, age, gross hematuria, bladder irritation, pathological T stages, grades and recurrence. Results:A total of 1391 samples were included, including 1154 males and 237females with a median age of 66 years. The total positive rate of urinary cytology was53.49%.There was a statistically significant difference between different sex(?~2=18.11,P<0.01)and age groups(age<60,age≥60)(?~2=62.36,P<0.01).There were987 patients with gross hematuria(?~2=33.24,P<0.01)and 524 patients of bladder irritation(?~2=38.99,P<0.01)before surgery. The positive rate of urinary cytology in patients with high grade and low grade bladder cancer was 65.5%and 34.7%,respectively,which was statistically significant(?~2=112.42,P<0.01).Patients with non-muscle invasion(pTa、pT1)and muscle invasion(pT2、pT3、pT4)of bladder cancer were 53.77%and 70.75%respectively(?~2=11.97,P<0.01).There was no significant correlation between the recurrence and the positive rate of urinary cytology(?~2=0.34,P>0.05).Conclusion:The difference of acridine orange fluorescene in urinary cytology in bladder cancer patients was statistically significant at age, gross hematuria, bladder irritation, pathological T stages and grades. There was no significant relationship between the recurrence and the urinary cytology positive rate.
