Objective:To study the risk factors of postoperative infection in neurosurgical patients of Chinese population by epidemiological study on the basic of system evaluation meta-analysis,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infection after operation in these patients. Methods: The literatures, which about the factors that occured after neurosurgery in chinese population,at home and abroad monthly published in Pub Med,Cochrane Library,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Chinese Knowledge Network(CNKI),VIP and Wanfang database and Pubmed database,The Cochrane Library 6 database, were collected by computer, supplemented by manual retrieval, collection of domestic and international stop before July 30,2017 published relevant factors of the infection in the China crowd Department of neurosurgery, surgery literature, literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria were screened and extracted relevant data, cross check, and evaluate the quality of meta was analyzed by Stata software. Results: Fifteen studies were included in the neurological postoperative risk factors for infection after a meta-analysis,cumulative neurosurgical case 15735 cases. The risk factors included sex, age, underlying disease, antibiotics, hormone,GCS score, open injury, foreign body material implantation, operation time,ICU,catheter and anesthesia.meta analysis showed these factors such as men,GCS score> 8 points and general anesthesia were the protective factors of neurosurgery infection, while the basic disease, age > 60 years, hormones use,open-wounds,operation time > 4h,ICU stay and urinary catheter use were risk factors for post-neurosurgical infection, and the use of antibiotics and the presence of foreign body material was not associated with post-neurosurgical infection. Conclusion: The results showed that male,GCS score,8 points and general anesthesia are protective factors of infection in the Department of neurosurgery after surgery, with basic diseases, age more than 60 years, the use of hormones, open wound, operation time,4h,in ICU,using the catheter of the seven factors are the risk factors of infection in the Department of neurosurgery after operation, there is no the use of antibiotics and extraneous material implantation and Department of Neurosurgery infection after surgery had no significant correlation.
