Objectives:To explore the effect of time series of carbon dioxide laser on the efficacy of combination therapy of condyloma acuminatum.Methods:90 patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups, one group was the first laser group and the other group was posterior laser group.1)In the first laser group,Patients receive carbon dioxide laser treatment at the initialtreatment.Aftercarbondioxidelasersurgery, patientsreceived cyclophosphamide tablets 50MG orally, once a day for one week, discontinued for 3days,and so on for 30 days.At the same time received thymosin enteric-coated tablets30MG orally, twice a day for 3 months.During treatment, review once a month,if there are new warts, received carbon dioxide laser treatment.2)In the posterior laser group, the patient was treated with oral medication first, and the treatment was the same as the first laser group. After oral administration of drugs a month later, the patient receives carbon dioxide laser treatment if there are visible warts.During treatment, review once a month,if there are new warts, received carbon dioxide laser treatment.3)After a 3-month treatment period,follow-up for 3 months to observe whether there are new warts.Results:1)The rate of new warts per month:In the first month,16 patients(39%)had new warts after one month of treatment in the previous laser group,in the posterior laser group,1 case(2.4%)of the new warts occurred after one month of treatment, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant. In the second and third months, the difference in the rate of new warts between the two groups was not statistically significant.2)The average number of carbon dioxide lasers per person in the laser group was(1.5±0.5),and the average number of carbon dioxide lasers per person in the posterior laser group was(0.9±0.6).The T test showed T=3.732,P=0<0.05,two The difference was statistically significant. The average number of laser per person in the first laser group is greater than the number in the posterior laser group.3)The clinical cure rate after a follow-up period of 3months:the clinical cure rates of the first laser group and the posterior laser group were 95.1%and 92.9%respectively,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.3)After 1 month of treatment, the regression rate of the wart in the posterior laser group:there were 12 cases(28.6%)of warts completely subsided,13cases(30.9%)of warts subsided 60%-90%,6 cases(14.3%)of warts subsided 20%-59%,11 cases(26.2%)of warts subsided less than 20%.Conclusions:First improve the immunity function of patients, and then use CO2 laser treatment to remove warts, can optimize the treatment program, thereby reducing the pain of patients with treatment.
