Research On The Factors Affecting The Function Of Retail Chain Pharmacies In Undertaking Community Health Service Centers

Objective: Based on the current shortage of pharmacies in the community health service centers and the rapid development of retail chain pharmacies in recent years,it is a useful exploration for the pharmacy function of community health service center to be undertaken by retail chain pharmacies,however,there are many obstacles in the process of acceptance.This topic aims to study the influencing factors of the pharmacy function of the retail chain drugstore undertaking community health service center.Investigation through system specification,taking the public of Guangdong province,pharmacists,heads of community health service centers,heads of retail drugstores,and government officials as the research object,and fully understand the obstacles and difficulties in the implementation of the pharmacy functions of the community drugstores in the retail chain pharmacies,and through data analysis,the factors influencing the undertaking process are derived.Specific improvement measures are proposed for these majorinfluencing factors to promote the function of pharmacies in community health service centers for retail chain pharmacies.Ultimately provide a theoretical basis for the country to introduce new medical reform policies.Methods: 1.Literature research: find relevant literature journals,analyze and summarize the current status of community health service centers and retail chain pharmacies,and retail chain pharmacies to undertake community health service center pharmacy functions.2.Questionnaire survey: A stratified random sampling method was used to survey the pharmacists of public and community health service centers and retail pharmacies in the Pearl River Delta,eastern Guangdong,western Guangdong and northern Guangdong respectively.A total of1133 public questionnaires were sent out,with 1028 valid questionnaires.A total of 400 questionnaires were issued by pharmacists,of which 158 questionnaires for pharmacists in community health service centers and153 were valid questionnaires,242 pharmacist questionnaires for retail pharmacies and 239 valid questionnaires.3.Interview with Key Personnel: Interview with the person in charge of the community health service center in the Pearl River Delta,eastern Guangdong,eestern Guangdong,and northern Guangdong and the head of the retail chain pharmacy headquarters,and personnel of the Guangdong Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission for the management of community health service organizations and personnel of GuangdongFood and Drug Administration for drug retail chain pharmacy management.4.Statistical methods: Descriptive statistical analysis of data using SPSS17.0 software,single factor X2 test and multiple logistic regression analysis of the public on the retail chain pharmacies to undertake community health service center pharmacy function attitude factors;single-factor variance analysis and multivariate analysis of variance analysis of attitudes and influencing factors of community health service center pharmacists and retail chain pharmacies pharmacists.Results: The public with medicare type of NRCMS tended to support retail chain pharmacies to undertake community health service center pharmacy functions.And that can hold the party outsourcing,willing to buy the public side more inclined to choose the supportive attitude.In addition,the public who consider the quality of medicine in the community health service center pharmacy better reluctant to support the retail chain drugstore to undertake the function of community health service center pharmacy.The public who believe pharmacy services in retail chain pharmacies are better prefer to choose a supportive attitude.The titles of pharmacists in community health service centers significantly affect their attitudes toward the pharmacy functions of retail chain pharmacies to undertake community health service centers and the less supportive the pharmacists who have higher titles are.In addition,there are significant statistical differences in the main effects of changesin continuing education resources.And the interaction between the two factors that change the function and the change of the continuing education resources,as well as the interaction of the three influencing factors,such as the change of compilation,the change of functions and the change of the resources of continuing education,also have significant statistical differences.Among the pharmacy demographic factors of pharmacy retail pharmacies,there are professional factors that have a significant impact on the increase in workload;those that have a significant impact on the pharmaceutical service capabilities are age,academic qualifications and length of service;the degree of concern about electronic prescription receiving capacity There is a significant impact on the title factor;changes in work patterns have a significant impact on the degree of concern is the age,location factors.In addition,the interaction between "professional" and "professional title" of pharmacy staff in retail chain pharmacies significantly affected their concerns about the workload increase;the interaction of "age" and "location" significantly affected their concerns about pharmacy service capabilities;The interaction of "age" and "title" significantly affected their fears about changing work patterns.Key people interview results show that most of the retail chain pharmacies of drug storage conditions and drug varieties can meet theacceptance requirements,but the pharmaceutical service capabilities have yet to be improved.In addition,fair and free market competition is also urgently needed retail chain pharmacies.Most community health centers do not support undertaking work,in particular opposition from pharmacy staff.Government departments said retail chain pharmacies to undertake community health service center pharmacy functions to be lawful and qualified,qualification issues need to be resolved.Conclusion: 1.Retail chain pharmacies basically have the capability to undertake pharmacy functions in community health service centers.However,there are still some problems that need to be solved in this process.2.(1)The issues that need to be addressed in the process include:Retail chain pharmacies should strengthen pharmacy personnel’s pharmaceutical service;establish a complete information system to enhance the ability to receive electronic prescriptions.(2)Community health service centers should actively explore new work patterns for pharmaceutical personnel,such as the management of chronic diseases,and join the family doctor team.(3)Government departments should create a sound legal environment.We will intensify the supervision of drug quality;ensure free and fair competition in the market;solve the problem of the qualification of retail chain pharmacies and ensure the legal compliance of the pharmacy functions of the community chain pharmacies undertaking community health service centers.
