| In this study, basing on the reference to the literature, combining quantitative survey with qualitative analysis, taking Yang Pu District, Shanghai Si Ping Community Health Service Center as case study, I studied the status of employees'job satisfaction to understand the major influencing factors of job satisfaction, with exploring the reasons from different aspects, and to put forward related measures and suggestions.The survey results are listed as the following points:(1) Community health service center employees'overall job satisfaction is not high, belonging to a "normal" level. In 8 the compositions of job satisfaction, "interpersonal relationship"is the highest satisfaction while "Salaries and benefits" is the lowest satisfaction. (2)Demographic factors has no effect on overall satisfaction, but it still shows individual differences according to different job satisfaction constitutes. The factors such as marriage, age, education, work experience, current job and interpersonal relationship influence aspects of the job satisfaction which include "social support",' work environment", "job itself, and" Salaries and benefits".(3)"Job itself" and "organization management and leadership," and "social support" constitute three main factors of job satisfaction.(4)Overall job satisfaction is negatively correlated with turnover intention. The actual turnover rate of Community health service center employees is lower than other levels of hospitals.(5)The job burnout of community health service center employees is prevalent and it turns out mainly mild at present. Overall job satisfaction shows negative correlation with job burnout. "Emotional exhaustion" and "low achievement" are.major factors of burnout.Based on the results of a theoretical analysis, the factors that affect employees' job satisfaction are found out from the social environment, micro-management of community health service center and personnel. They are mainly the following points: Inadequate government compensation for financial investment, community health service center employees can not reasonably reflect the value of their labor, social expectations are too high for the medical industry, the personnel system reform lags behind, lack of staffing, management and distribution system is less reasonable, personal factors.The specific recommendations and measures are given from the aspects of government, society and the internal management, which include departments cooperation to form a "large health" pattern; to Increase investment and reflect the government responsibility; correct guidance to create a good social atmosphere; reasonable position to create a fair distribution system; to establish an effective management incentive system; to improve the quality of management and establish organizational culture; appropriate psychological adjustment to alleviate fatigue. |
