Effect Of Information Remote Nursing Intervention On Continuous Nursing Of Intestinal Mouth Patients

Purpose: To observe the feasibility and superiority of clipping in reducing postoperative complications and improving the quality of life of patients with enterostomy by applying pathological clamps and microletters to the continuous nursing of patients with enterostomy,in order to improve the satisfaction of patients,reduce the chance of co-occurrence early after operation and form a popularizing method suitable for patients with enterostomy.Method: A total of 72 patients who met the study criteria were compared with the general data of the two groups of patients.The difference was not statistically significant and comparable.There were 8 cases(23%)in control group and 1 case(3%)in observation group.The incidence of oral complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total quality of life after intervention in the observation group was(60.22 ± 5.43),and the total quality of life after intervention in the control group was(54.14±5.88).Compared with the quality of life after intervention in the two groups,P<0.001.Comparison of self-care ability scores of patients in the observation group and control group after intervention,P<0.001.Result: There were 72 patients who met the study criteria.There was no significant difference between the two groups.After 6 months after discharge,the patients in both groups carried out continuous nursing intervention,and the postoperative complication rate,quality of life and self-care ability were better than those in the hospital.According to the statistical study,the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group after the intervention of information distance nursing,which showed that the intervention of information distance nursing had significant effect on reducing the co-occurrence rate,improving the quality of life and strengthening the ability of self-care.Conclusion: In the early stage of discharge of patients with orthostomy,the implementation of information-based remote nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications after orthostomy,improve the quality of life of patients and strengthen the ability of self-nursing.
