Genotyping Of Female Genital Papillomavirus Infection In Northern Of Anhui Province

Objective:A retrospective analysis of the genotyping of the genital human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in the outpatient outpatients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College during the period of 2016.06-2016.12 was retrospectively analyzed.To investigate the HPV infection,genotype distribution and distribution characteristics of women in the north of Anhui Province,to understand the epidemiological characteristics of the genotyping of HPV infection in the female genital tract in the north of Anhui Province,to understand the coverage of the HPV vaccine in our region,and to provide a clinical basis for the prevention and control of cervical cancer in our region.Method: A retrospective analysis of the genotyping of the genital human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in the outpatient outpatients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College during the period of 2016.06-2016.12 was retrospectively analyzed.6042 specimens of cervical secretions were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from 06 to December 2106 2016.The HPV-DNA genotypes were detected by PCR automatic nucleic acid hybridization and the SPSS 22 software was used for statistical treatment.Result:Among the 6042 subjects,all types were detected.1607 cases of HPV positive specimens were detected,and the infection rate was 26.60%(1607/6042).Among them,there were 1036 cases of high-risk infection,accounting for 64.47%(1036/1607).There were 282 cases of low risk infection,17.55%(282/1607),and 289 cases of high risk and low risk mixed infection,accounting for 17.98%(289/1607).HPV16 was highest in the infection rates of HPV,17.99%(362/2490),and the other 4 were from high to low to HPV52(11.24%,280/2490),HPV58(7.55%,188/2490),HPV44(5.98%,149/2490),HPV53(5.42%,135/2490).The single genotype infection rate was 65.21%(1048/1607),the rate of double infection was 23.03%(370/1607),and the infection rate of three and above was 11.76%(189/1607).The highest positive rate in all age groups was 51-60(32.48%,264/953),and the second was the higher HPV infection rate(30.77%,12/39),and the HPV infection among the other age groups.The difference of rate was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The genotype of HPV infection in female reproductive system in Northern Anhui is mainly HPV 16 and HPV 52,followed by HPV 58,HPV 44 and HPV 53.2.The infection rates of HPV52,HPV 44 and CP 8304 in Northern Anhui were significantly higher than those in other regions.3.The correlation between HPV single infection and multiple infection age is not yet clear.4.The coverage of different types of vaccines in our region is obviously different.
