The Compensation Mechanism Of Adverse Events Following Immunization In Fujian Province

Vaccination is the most economical and effective way to prevent and control infectious diseases.The five-year vaccine negative incident has repeatedly exploded,and the public is paying more and more attention to vaccine safety issues.As one of the government’s public services,planned immunization is of great significance in disease prevention.Some victims of vaccine-induced damage should be properly handled and compensated.The current compensation mechanism in our province has not been perfected.In the practice of daily work,both the relevant legal mechanism and the specific operations of the identification have exposed many problems.Improving the province’s vaccination anomaly response compensation mechanism as soon as possible is the only way to protect the rights and interests of the victims of vaccines and reduce the risks of the government and vaccine manufacturers.And it is necessary to establish a mature,perfect,and operable vaccination anomaly response compensation mechanism in line with China’s national conditions.This study takes the compensation mechanism of vaccination abnormal response in Fujian Province as the research object,collects the data through literature review and questionnaire survey,analyzes some shortcomings of the existing compensation mechanism in Fujian Province,and proposes the possibility of introducing commercial insurance and taking it as a mechanism change direction that supplements basic compensation.The author analyzes the existing vaccination adverse reaction compensation mechanism in Fujian Province,aiming to find out the deep-seated reasons such as the complicated compensation process,the difficulty in identifying the abnormal reaction causality,the insufficient compensation amount and the lag,etc.through the existing problems.Relevant laws and regulations,the establishment of vaccination abnormal reaction diagnostic work norms,the introduction of commercial insurance and the openness of the compensation procedures,transparency,multi-sectoral joint assessment of insurance mechanisms that undertake compensation work,and other measures to improve the vaccination in Fujian Province The reform of the abnormal response compensation mechanism provides the basis and recommendations to promote the smooth development of the vaccination work,thereby contributing to the construction of healthy China.
