| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of viscera massage and hilum application with TCM in the treatment of pediatric functional constipation of dry-heat type,in order to provide a safe and effective comprehensive treatment plan.Methods: According to the random number table,90 children with functional constipation of dry-heat type is divided into the treatment group(viscera massage + hilum application with TCM),viscera massage group(30 cases)and hilum application with TCM group(30 cases).(1)The treatment group:(1)the viscera massage: in turn catharsis Lanmen,Jianli,then adjustable in the Qihai,Liangmen(L),Shiguan(R),Shangwan,Zhongwan,Jianli,adjust Lanmen again,next catharsis Tianshu,until feel gas fluxes(Method of xie hold the points on the middle finger or the index finger,counterclockwise to the left;To rotate with the middle finger or index finger to hold the point back and forth.Clear the large intestine 200 times,the back of Liufu 150 times,the reverse movement inside the gossip 200 times,push Sihengwen 200 times,knead Erma 100 times,push the Qijiegu 50 times.(2)Hilum application with TCM: rhubarb,glauber salt,radix aucklandiae,borneol.Operation: the above drugs are prepared according to the ratio of 4:2:3:2,and apply appro-priate amount to the sterile application and paste it to the patient’s temple.Course of treatment: the viscera massage is applied to use 1 time/day about 30 minutes;hilum application with TCM is applied to the umbilicus on the next day for 3 hours.14 days is one course of treatment.(2)The viscera massage group: operation,treatment is identical with treatment group viscera massage.(3)Hilum application with TCM group : operation,treatment is identical with treatment group hilum application.After 1 course of treatment,the symptoms and signs of each group were compared and analyzed.After 2 months follow-up,the long-term efficacy of each group was compared.Results:(1)Overall efficacy comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group,the viscera massage group and the hilum application with TCM group was 93.33%,76.67%and73.33% respectively,and the apparent rate was 73.33%,36.67% and 30.00%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was compared with that of the other two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Total integral compareson: total integral of the treatment group,the viscera massage group and the hilum application with TCM group was 6.70±4.28,9.73±5.19,10.40±5.35,and there were significant differences between the integrals before treatment with each group(P<0.05).The total integral of the treatment group was compared with the other two groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the total integral difference between the treatment group and hilum application with TCM group(P<0.05).(3)The quantitative integral comparison of the main symptom: The quantitative integral of the main symptom of the treatment group,the viscera massage group and the hilum application with TCM group was 4.40±3.30,6.40±4.15,7.07±4.09,compared with the other two groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)the quantization integral comparison of minor symptom: The quantitative integral of minor symptom of the treatment group,the viscera massage group and the hilum application with TCM group was 2.30±1.62,3.33±2.23,3.33±1.95.There were significant differences between the treatment group and the other two groups(P<0.05).(5)Long-term efficacy comparison: 2 months after treatment,relapse rate of the treatment group,the viscera massage group and the hilum application with TCM group was 70.00%,30.00%,16.67%.Compared with the other two groups,the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:viscera massage and hilum application with traditional Chinese medicine is one of the effective methods to treat the functional constipation(dry heat type)in children,and it is worth popularizing in clinic. |
