Objective:To compare the curative effect and pharmacology of the low dose,middle dose,high dose and routine dosage of Dioscorea pill decoction,and provide more evidence for clinical application.Methods:1.The different groups were injected into the stomach for 1 weeks,and the general condition,weight and activity of the rats in each group were observed.2.the use of low dose,middle dose and high dose of Shuyuwan soup and commonly used dose Ranitidine Hydrochlorlde Capsules treatment of stress-induced gastric mucosal injury in rats,serum level of gastrin(GAS),plasma motilin(MTL),epidermal growth factor(EGF)and other indicators,to observe the gastric mucosal edema and the degree of erosion and ulceration so,the treatment effect and mechanism analysis of mining.Results: 1.(1)gastrin(GAS): the treatment group compared with the model group,were statistically significant(P<0.05),model group GAS content is higher,compared with the positive group,Shuyuwan soup the various components of GAS are relatively low in the medium dose group was most obvious,suggesting its positive significance in the inhibition of gastric acid secretion;(2)motilin(ATL): compared with model group,each group of motilin secretion increased significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05),suggesting that the gastric peristalsis accelerated,the Shuyuwan soup the most obvious high-dose group;(3)epidermal growth factor(EGF): in addition to the Shuyuwan soup in medium dose group was statistically significant,positive group(P<0.05),other There was no significant difference between the group and the model group(P>0.05).2.Gastric mucosal injury index: compared with model group,each group had statistical significance(P<0.05),including Shuyuwan(high dose group)mucosal injury index was the lowest,indicating the degree of invasion of gastric mucosa by small,positive group and middle dose group were significantly difference between the low dose group is relatively weak.3.Weight change in 1 weeks after gavage: compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the most significant decrease was in the yam pill(high)dose group.Conclusion:The effect of yam pill decoction on preventing AGML is obvious,the mechanism of its action may be related to its reduction of inflammatory factors,the protection of gastric mucosa and the enhancement of immunity.The dose group of yam pill can play a relatively good anti-inflammatory and protective mucosal barrier,and enhance the activity of release factor.
