| Objective: By summarizing the experience of tutor’s treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, conclude the Yiqi Fuzheng Xiaoying recipe, and observe the effect of this recipe on improving the level of TPOAb and TGAb and improving the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Providing significant therapeutic options for improving TPOAb and TGAb levels and further guiding clinical practice. Methods: 60 cases of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The control group was given basic treatment(limit of iodine containing food intake;pay attention to rest, avoid fatigue;schedule). The treatment group was treated with basic treatment and traditional Chinese medicine YiqiFuzhengXiaoying recipe.Four weeks is a course of treatment, and three courses of treatment are continuously treated. The clinical symptoms,TPOAb,TGAb,thyroid size and other indexes were observed, and the statistical analysis was carried out. Results: According to clinical observations, there was no obvious effect on the thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH)between the treatment group and the control group. In the treatment group, the effect of improving TPOAb and TGAb was more significant than that of the control group, and the comparison between the two groups had significant difference(p<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(p<0.05).The treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the thickness of the left lobe, right lobe and isthmus of the thyroid gland(p<0.05).There was no adverse reaction between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusions: Yiqi Fuzheng Xiaoying recipe can significantly reduce the level of TPOAb and TGAb in patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, and significantly improving the clinical symptoms and signs. It is safe and effective in treatment and can provide the new ideas and methods for the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. |
