| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Quban granule combined with photorejuvenation in treating liver qi stagnation melancholic type chloasma and to provide a reference for the treatment of melasma.Methods: 60 Patients of liver qi stagnation type melasma were observed,all female.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,The treatment group was given freckle granules combined with Photon skin Rejuvenation,the control group was given safflower Xiao yao capsule combined with thousand white hydroquinone cream.A month for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.The curative effect was evaluated by observing the changes of lesion area,color,TCM syndrome and quality of life before and after treatment.Result:The cure rate of the treatment group was 26.7%,the total effective rate was 90.0%;the control group,the cure rate was 6.7%,the total effective rate 63.3%.The cure rate and the total effective rate,the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),and the treatment group than the control group.After treatment,both TCM syndromes and quality of life had very significant differences(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusions:Quban granules combined with photorejuvenation treatment of liver qi stagnation type melasma total efficiency is higher than the control group,the clinical effect is positive,and can improve the quality of life of patients,it is worth promoting. |
