| Objective: To observe the outside washing HuangQi GuiZhi WuWu Tonga subtraction combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy sun be the spirit deficiency,blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome clinical curative effect,so as to enrich and develop diabetes peripheral neuropathy of the pathological mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine research,provide Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with new ideas and approaches.Methods: This study choose diabetic peripheral neuropathy is the sun be the spirit deficiency,blood stasis resistance winding type patients as research object,and in accordance with the principle of random divided into control group(45 cases)and treatment group(45 cases),on the basis of conventional treatment,the control to a cobalt amine piece,the treatment group to huangqi guizhi wuwu tonga subtraction combined Chinese medicine outside treatment,washing in 4 weeks,for a period of treatment,after two course of compare two groups of patients with clinical symptoms,signs,laboratory examination,electromyography,and so on and so forth。Results: All patients with TCM symptoms and signs were improved,but the treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.01),especially in the tongue coating pulse condition,god fatigue,limb numbness and cold improved more significantly(P < 0.01).Both groups could increase the nerve conduction velocity(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).The treatment group had a significant advantage in improving hemorheology(P<0.01).Conclusion: HuangQi GuiZhi WuWu Decoction combined Chinese medicine washing treatment outside the sun be the spirit deficiency,blood stasis blocking collaterals diabetes peripheral neuropathy has significant curative effect,can significantly improve symptoms and related parameters,so as to improve the patient’s quality of life. |
