| Objective: Review the clinical data of patients with yin-yang and hemostasis diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2021 to 2022,and study and analyze the medication rules and related indicators of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with yin-yang dual deficiency and hemotasis diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods: From January 1,2021 to January 1,2022,the inpatient cases were consulted in the Endocrinology Department of the Hospital of the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and cases were selected that met the criteria for the inclusion of this study,which not only met the diagnostic criteria of "quenching thirst","yin and yang deficiency" and "blood stasis obstruction" in traditional Chinese medicine,but also met the diagnostic criteria of "diabetic peripheral neuropathy".Through the collection and entry of clinical information of screening cases,the patient’s age,sex,course,combined underlying diseases,clinical symptoms before and after treatment,application of traditional Chinese medicine rules,related indicators,etc.are studied and sorted out,and the data is analyzed using SPSS statistical software,and according to the analysis results,the general data of peripheral neuropathy of yin and yang and blood stasis diabetes mellitus,tongue pulse,combined diseases,improving clinical symptoms,the use of traditional Chinese medicine has been analyzed and discussed.Result:In this study,a total of 50 patients with yin and yang deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes peripheral neuropathy were included in the endocrinology ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.(1)General situation:(1)Age: the maximum 87 years old,the minimum 34 years old,the average is 61.84 ± 9.02 years;(2)waist circumference: the largest patient with waist circumference is 114 cm,the patient with the smallest waist circumference is 66 cm,and the average waist circumference is 89.27 ±8.64cm;(3)The course of the disease:the longest 40 years,the shortest 2 years,the average course of the disease is 16.40 ±8.64 years;(4)BMI: 35.55 kg/m2 for patients with the largest BMI,18.96 kg/m2 for patients with the lowest BMI,and the average BMI was 26.46±3.27 kg/m2.(5)Combined with other disease conditions: among them,hypertension is the most common,accounting for 92%.(2)The main symptoms and results of the analysis of the tongue pulse:(1)the main symptoms: Among the 50 patient cases included in this study,fatigue,limb numbness,limb chills,limb tingling,limb puffiness,chest tightness,insomnia,dizziness,constipation,etc.were common symptoms;(2)Tongue,tongue moss and pulse analysis: the patient’s tongue was mainly dark red,the tongue was mainly white,thin and greasy,and the pulse was mainly heavy,thin,slippery and string-based.(3)Effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine treatment: the effective rate of treating fatigue was 61.36%;the effective rate of limb numbness treatment was60.53%;the effective rate of insomnia treatment was 90.01%;the effective rate of limb cold treatment was 60.00%;the effective rate of limb tingling treatment was60.00%,in addition to other diseases,there were also different degrees of improvement;(4)Prescription analysis results: Astragalus,Ze diarrhea,and Poria were the most used Chinese medicine drugs in this study,and the frequency of use was 90.00%,74.00%、52.00%。 At the same time,psyllium,large belly skin,coix seed,pigweed,motherwort,dilong,yellow essence,yam,cooked ground,ginseng,mountain meat,ume,rhubarb,malt,silk seed,chicken inner gold,divine comedy,shiwei,guizhi,baishu,appendage,white peony,dried ginger,salvia,safflower,etc.are also commonly used drugs for the treatment of this disease.Among them,zephyra,astragalus,large abdomen and pig lily are the core drugs for the treatment of peripheral neuropathy of yin and yang deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes.Conclusion:1.Patients with yin and yang deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy are older and have a longer course of disease.2.Patients with yin and yang deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy are often combined with hypertension,dyslipidemia,diabetes mellitus and lower limb arteriosclerosis,abdominal obesity,and other diseases,and clinical treatment should be carried out simultaneously to control sugar,improve microcirculation,reduce blood pressure,regulate fat,and lose weight.3.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of patients with yin and yang deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and also has a certain effect on the treatment of fatigue,limb numbness,coldness,tingling and other main symptoms.4.In this study,the core drug composition of Ze diarrhea,astragalus,large abdominal skin and pig lily for the treatment of yin and yang deficiency and blood stasis diabetic peripheral neuropathy is commonly used,and the yiqi shengyang medicine astragalus is used with wuli water infiltration medicine Ze diarrhea,large abdomen skin,pig lily can play yiqi,shengyang,xingqi,water and swelling. |
