Clinical Study On Rules Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective:Through collecting the clinical literature of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS)in recent 30 years,summarize the rules of acupoint selection,selection and acupuncture and moxibustion methods for acupuncture treatment of AS,and provide reference for AS clinical treatment.Methods:Using computer-based retrieval methods to search for clinical literature of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of AS in recent 30 years,screening clinical documents that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria and establish a database,statistical analysis by using Microsoft Office Excel software.Results:1.There are 176 articles can meet the screening criteria.2.The clinical methods of acupuncture for the treatment of AS including monotherapy,complex therapy,three or more combination therapies which respectively occupy 40.9%,50.0%,9.1%.3.Involving a total of 85 acupoints,the frequency of 861 times、and there are 50 specific holes、544 times,the top five are Jiajixue、Dazhui(GV14)、Shenshu(BL23)、Mingmen(GV4)、and Yaoyangguan(GV3).4.The meridians are mainly based on Bladder Meridian and Du,wherein the bladder meridian 27,the frequency of 255 times,Du hole 17,the frequency of 333 times.5.Among the 101 literatures on moxibustion,there are mainly warm moxibustion and moxibustion regulating,which are 42 and 20 respectively.84 articles involved moxibustion materials,of which 80 used Ai as moxibustion;Of the 43 articles,20 are ginger spacers for moxibustion;Moxibustion amount according to the condition of the flexible moxibustion.6.Acupuncture is mainly composed of oblique stabs and straight punctures.The needles are 1-1.5 inches in length,and mainly consisted of reinforcing and reducing phlegm,leaving needles for 30 min.Conclusion:The clinical methods of acupuncture treatment of AS are diverse;The acupoints were selected from bladder acupoints and trochotomy points,and focused on specific acupoints;The main moxibustion method is warm acupuncture and Du-moxibustion,the moxibustion material is mainly Ai,the spacer is mainly ginger,and the amount of moxibustion is based on the condition of the patient;Acupuncture is mainly composed of oblique stabs and straight punctures.The needles are 1-1.5 inches in length,and mainly consisted of reinforcing and reducing phlegm,leaving needles for 30 min.
