Study On Characteristics Of Modern Clinical Application Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion In Treatment Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands

Objective: Combining modern literature with clinical case analysis,this paper summarizes the characteristics,prescription principles and rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands,and demonstrates the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on hyperplasia of mammary glands,which has some reference value for clinical practice and scientific research.Methods:(1)Modern Literature Research: Authentic and Searchable Modern Literature Collected from CNKI,VIP,WF Full-Text Database of Chinese Academic Journals,The standard modern clinical literature should be incorporated into the database of literature,and statistics,summary and analysis should be made.(2)Clinical Case Analysis: From April to December 2017,26 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands were diagnosed and treated in the outpatient clinic of the Center of Preventive Treatment,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Acupuncture at T2-6,GB21,SI11,RN17 and ST36 were used to treat the patients with T2-6 and observe the changes of scores and the effect before and after the treatment.Results:(1)Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands,mainly covers acupuncture,and mostly single treatment of the application of less adverse reactions.(2)The points selected were RN17,Ashi point,ST18,ST15,ST36,BL18,SI11,GB21,LR14,LI14,SP6 and LR3,The Ashi points and Jiaji points are used more frequently.The channels and collaterals mainly involve the Stomach Meridian,Ren Meridian,Bladder Meridian,Gall Bladder Meridian and Liver Meridian.The LR3 and ST40 points are the main points of Liver Stagnation and Phlegm Coagulation;Chong Ren ataxia type matching points are mainly KI3,BL23,SP6,SP10.(3)Clinical observation and analysis of 26 cases showed that acupuncture was safe and effective in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands,the effective rate was 88.46%.Conclusion: Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands has various intervention methods,but at present acupuncture treatment is the main treatment in clinic.The prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion for hyperplasia of mammary gland follows the principle of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and the rule of combination of acupoints and acupoints before and after treatment is followed.Acupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands,and Jiaji acupoint has significant effect in improving the pain symptoms of hyperplasia of mammary glands.
