Observation Of Curative Effect Of Bupleurum Xiaozhen Decoction Combined With Self Blood Therapy In The Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Bupleurum Xiaozhen decoction combined with self blood therapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria,and to compare the correlation between Hp and chronic urticaria,and the effect of TCM combined therapy on Hp through comparing the number of patients before and after treatment with Helicobacter pylori(Hp).Method:62 cases of chronic urticaria patients were divided into two groups in random: treatment group 31 cases,taking Bupleurum Xiaozhen decoction and mizolastine orally,combined with self blood therapy;31 cases in control group,oral mizolastine.Two groups use Calamine Lotion.The change in second and fourth weeks to observe the degree of itching,with wheal number,duration of the disease,and itching degree,to determine the clinical efficacy;and through the follow-up of cured patients to understand the recurrence;patients were in the treatment group were 28 cases were detected before and after treatment of Hp infection,and compared with 28 cases of healthy people the examination results of Hp in chronic urticaria patients,and observe the Bupleurum Xiaozhen decoction combined with self blood therapy effect on Hp.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and the control group in the total efficiency was 77.4%,71%,the cure rate was 16.1%,3.2%,but the differences were not statistically significant(P=0.566>0.05,P=0.080>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,between the treatment group and the control group,the total efficiency of the two groups were 90.3% and 77.4%,the difference was not significant(P=0.168>0.05).the cure rate was 38.7%,12.9%,the cure rate of treatment group was better than that of the control group,and between the two groups was significant in statistics(P=0.020<0.05).Laboratory examination results: The positive rate of Hp before treatment were 28 cases compared with 28 healthy adults,respectively: 66.7%,33.3%,the difference had statistical significance(P=0.031<0.05);the positive rate of the treatment group before and after treatment of the 28 cases were: 57.1%,25%,the rate of conversion was: 56.3%,it shows that the treatment group of combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic urticaria Hp infection has a certain therapeutic effect(P=0.001<0.05).There was no adverse reaction between the treatment group and the control group after treatment and treatment.After 1 months’ withdrawal,the patients in the treatment group and the control group were followed up.The recurrence rates in the treatment group and the control group were 8.3% and 75%,respectively.The recurrence rate of the treatment group declined obviously,and the difference between the two groups was significant in statistics(P=0.027<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Bupleurum Xiaozhen decoction and self blood therapy for chronic urticaria is effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria with low recurrence rate and less side effects.The positive rate of Hp in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group,suggesting that Hp infection may be related to the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria and the detection of DOB before and after treatment of patients in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05),speculated that the contrast of Bupleurum Xiaozhen decoction combined with self blood therapy may have a certain effect on the treatment of Hp infection the.Due to the lack of cases in this study,the results are limited and need to be verified by large sample studies.
