Clinical Observation Of Cheng’s Erxian Tiaogan Decoction Combined With Western Medicine Artificial Cycle In The Treatment Of Decreased Ovarian Reserve Function Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression Type

Objective: To observe the effect of Cheng’s Erxian Tiaogan Decoction combined with western medicine artificial cycle treatment on FSH,FSH/LH,LH,E2 and TCM syndrome score of ovarian reserve function decline of kidney deficiency and liver depression type,and to explore its clinical efficacy.Methods: Sixty-one patients with ovarian reserve dysfunction due to kidney deficiency and liver depression were randomly divided into experimental group(group A)with 31 cases and control group(group B)with 30 cases.The control group was treated with HRT.The experimental group was treated with Cheng’s Erxian Tiaogan Decoction plus HRT.The scores of TCM symptoms,FSH,FSH/LH,LH and E2 of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results: 1.The comparison between the two groups before and after treatment: FSH,FSH/LH,TCM syndrome score,and symptom sub-items decreased compared with before treatment,E2 increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),after treatment was better than before treatment;the change of LH was not obvious,compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference(P >0.05).2.The comparison between the two groups after treatment: FSH,FSH/LH,TCM syndrome score,curative effect were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;E2,LH had no statistical difference(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in menstrual cycle and menstrual volume between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05),and there was significant difference in other items(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Cheng’s Erxian Tiaogan Decoction combined with western medicine artificial cycle therapy can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the level of FSH,FSH/LH.
