Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Premature Ejaculation Of Liver Depression And Kidney Deficiency Type With “Fuyang Tiaogan” Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuyang tiaogan Decoction on premature ejaculation of liver depression and kidney deficiency type.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of premature ejaculation(liver depression and kidney deficiency type)were selected from the demonstration clinic of Longjiang Medical Sect of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2021 to October 2021.The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 people in each group.The treatment group was given Fuyang tiaogan Decoction for 4 weeks,and the control group was given dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets 3 hours before sexual life,There were no shedding cases in both groups during the experiment.Five scales of IELT,PEDT,spouse sexual life satisfaction,SDS score and TCM symptom score were recorded before and after treatment.The data before and after treatment and between groups were statistically analyzed.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the data were statistically analyzed:(1)Intra group comparison: the five efficacy observation indexes of the treatment group and the control group were better than those before treatment,and the values were significantly improved(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:(1)TCM symptom score: statistically significant(P<0.01),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(2)PEDT: it was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the control group was better than the treatment group.(3)In terms of IELT:it was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the control group was significantly better than the treatment group.(4)SDS and spouse sexual life satisfaction: there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:1 Fuyang tiaogan Decoction and dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets can significantly prolong the vaginal ejaculation latency(IELT)of premature ejaculation patients,reduce the scores of PEDT and self rating Depression Scale(SDS),reduce the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,and improve the sexual life satisfaction of spouses.2.Fuyang tiaogan decoction is better than dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets in improving the efficacy indicators of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,and dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets are better in prolonging IELT in patients with premature ejaculation.Both of them have significant effects in improving patients’ depression.
