| Objective:To investigate the correlation between the different expression status of microRNA-10 b and the prognosis of early triple-positive and triple-negative breast i nvasive ductal carcinoma.Methods:305 cases of early breast invasive ductal carcino ma were included in the breast cancer patients diagnosed in our hospital since 2000.In situ molecular hybridization was used to detect the expression of microRNA-10 b in tissue wax specimens,and triple-positive breast cancers were screened accor ding to molecular subtypes.141 cases and 37 cases of triple-negative breast cancer were analyzed by Pearson chi-square test.The expression differences of different clinical indicators in two different subtypes were calculated.The cumulative tumor-f ree survival time was calculated by Kaplan-Meier method,microRNA-10 b expressio n and two kinds.Comparison of prognosis survival time of different subtypes of b reast cancer.Results:The triple-positive and triple-negative breast invasive ductal car cinoma patients(P>0.05).Survival analysis showed early breast infiltration The tum or-free survival time of patients with miR-10 b positive expression in ductal carcino ma was significantly decreased,and the prognosis was poor(P<0.05).Survival anal ysis of triple-positive and triple-negative breast invasive ductal carcinomas showed t hat the median survival time of the triple-positive groups was significantly better th an that of the triple-negative groups(P>0.05).Survival analysis of miR-10 b express ion in triple-negative and triple-positive breast invasive ductal carcinomas was perfo rmed.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the median tu mor-free survival time between the negative and positive expression of miR-10 b in the triple-negative group.>0.05),the median tumor-free survival time was signific antly shorter in the triple-positive group than in the miR-10 b negative expression,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).Conclusion:The median tum or-free survival time was shortened in the early breast invasive ductal carcinoma w ith miR-10 b positive expression,and miR-10 b could be used as a prognostic indica tor for early breast invasive ductal carcinoma.In the early triple-positive breast inv asive ductal carcinoma,the positive expression of miR-10 b is associated with lymp h node positive and recurrence and metastasis,which is an important evaluation in dex affecting the prognosis;the reference value in the prognosis evaluation of the t riple-negative breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients is not clear. |
