Objective: To investigate the correlation between the c risk factors of coronary atherosclerosis and coronary artery stenosis based on coronary artery CTA imaging technology. Methods: 437 patients, aged 55-84 years, with an average age of(68.9±15.47)years,232 males and 205 females, who were hospitalized in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 for coronary artery CTA examination were collected. The study was divided into coronary artery stenosis group and negative control group according to the presence or absence of coronary heart disease. There were 243 cases in coronary artery stenosis group and 194 cases in negative control group. To study the correlation between non-traditional risk factors and the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease by collecting the above clinical data and CTA data and applying Logistic multivariate correlation analysis.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between the coronary artery stenosis factors and the number of coronary lesions and the degree of coronary stenosis.Results:(1)Compared with the negative control group, the factors such as total bilirubin [(15.10 ±3.43)micromol/L],apolipoprotein A [(1.26±0.22)mmol/L],low density lipoprotein [(2.71±0.94)mmol/L],uric acid [(301.57±81.01)micromol/L] and average platelet volume [(10.64±1.04)fL]in the coronary artery stenosis group were significantly higher than those in the negative control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The high density lipoprotein [(1.03 ± 0.25)mmol/L] in coronary artery stenosis group was significantly lower than that in negative control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)With 243 patients with coronary heart disease,92 were mild stenosis,84 moderate stenosis and 67 severe stenosis.(3)Logistic multivariate correlation analysis showed that LDL was an independent risk factor forelderly patients with coronary artery stenosis, and other related risk factors were uric acid, cholesterol, triglyceride, serum total bilirubin and apolipoprotein A.(4)Non-traditional factors such as serum total bilirubin, apolipoprotein A,uric acid, cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein and average platelet volume were positively correlated with the number of coronary lesions.High density lipoprotein was negatively correlated with the number of coronary lesions.(5)Non-traditional factors such as serum total bilirubin, apolipoprotein A,uric acid, cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were positively correlated with the severity of coronary stenosis, while high density lipoprotein was negatively correlated with the severity of coronary stenosis.Mean platelet volume was not correlated with the severity of coronary stenosis. Conclusion:Coronary atherosclerosis is the result of a combination of many factors.Among them,non-traditional factors such as serum total bilirubin, apolipoprotein A,uric acid, cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein are positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease, which can accelerate the progress of the disease to a certain extent.High density lipoprotein has a negative correlation with the degree of coronary stenosis, that is,it has a protective effect on coronary artery stenosis patients.
