| Objective: according to the survey, cerebral apoplexy has become one of the main causes of functional disability in human beings.About 55%-75% of patients with cerebral apoplexy will be accompanied by limb dysfunction of varying degrees, mainly hemiplegia, which seriously hinders the normal life and mental health of patients. In this paper, the effect of the improvement of lower limb motor dysfunction in stroke patients with hemiplegia after stroke was observed by combining traditional physical management with virtual reality rehabilitation therapy,in order to seek more effective rehabilitation treatment for stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods: 20 patients with cerebral apoplexy in sichuan bayi rehabilitation center were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group(10 cases with traditional physical rehabilitation therapy)and the experimental group(10 cases with virtual reality rehabilitation therapy + traditional physical rehabilitation therapy).Gender and age did not affect the experimental results.Metok three-dimensional gait analysis,Fugl-meyer lower limb function assessment(FMAL)and Berg balance assessment were performed for patients in the two groups before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,8 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment. After the evaluation, the data of each group were statistically tested and analyzed. Results: before treatment, there were no significant differences between the control group and the experimental group in the results of three-dimensional gait analysis,FMAL lower limb function score and Berg balance assessment(P>0.05),which were comparable.(1)three-dimensional gait analysis was used for analysis of step speed, left and right side step length, left and right side support percentage, and step frequency, etc.,and the effect was not significant at 4 weeks after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the values of the indicators in the control group and the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the pre-treatment evaluation data(P<0.05).At the end of treatment, the motor function of the two groups was evaluated, and the data showed that the six indexes of the three patients’ gait analysis were significantly improved(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups within the treatment group, the evaluation values of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.(2)using the FMAL evaluation of patients with limb function score lower extremity function, four stages of assessment data showed that patients with limb function improved(P < 0.05),group comparison between the experimental group than the control group treatment effect more significantly(P < 0.05)and(3)the Berg balance evaluation score of four stages of the evaluation show that after treatment in patients withbalance ability improved(P < 0.05),the data showed that the experimental group score higher than the control group, experimental group effect is better. Conclusion: the evaluation data showed that the treatment effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, indicating that on the basis of traditional rehabilitation training, the combination of virtual reality training can significantly improve the lower limb motor function, and the intervention of virtual reality rehabilitation technology can help patients with hemiplegia to achieve better recovery of lower limb motor function. |
