| Objective To observe the effect of scalp-acupuncture interactive virtual reality technology on upper limb motor dysfunction in recovery stage of ischemic stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,to explore a new effective rehabilitation treatment technology of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for this disease, and to provide a new idea for rehabilitation treatment of stroke dysfunction with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods A prospective,single-blind,randomized controlled study was conducted.Sixty-six patients with upper limb motor dysfunction in convalescent stage of ischemic stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were divided into observation group and control group,33 cases in each group. Both groups were studied on the basis of routine medical treatment, traditional Chinese medicine treatment and routine rehabilitation treatment. The observation group was treated with scalp-acupuncture interactive virtual reality technology(synchronization). The control group received virtual reality therapy(asynchronous mode)after scalp acupuncture treatment,The patients were treated once a day for 6 days a week for 4 weeks.MAS,FMA-UE,functional grading of hemiplegic hand and MBI scale were evaluated before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment respectively. The scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms and curative effect were evaluated, and the data were analyzed statistically. Results 1.Case completion: At the end of the study,5 patients fell off, including 2 in the observation group and 3 in the control group.Finally,31 in the observation group and 30 in the control group,61 patients completed the study.2.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in baseline data including general condition(gender, age, course of disease, hemiplegic side),MAS,FMA-UE,functional grade of hemiplegic hand,MBI scale score and TCM symptom score between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.The results showed that after 4 weeks of treatment, compared with before treatment, there were significant differences in MAS,FMA-UE,functional grading of hemiplegic hand,MBI scale score and TCM syndrome score(P < 0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment, there were significant differences in MAS,FMA-UE,functional grading of hemiplegic hand,MBI scale score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P < 0.05).The difference was significant(P < 0.05).The improvement of each index was better in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05).4.Total effective rate:there were 31 patients in the observation group,29 of whom were effective and 2 of whom were ineffective after 4 weeks of treatment. The total effective rate was 93.54%.In the control group, there were 30 people,27 were effective and 3 were ineffective. The total effective rate was 90.00%.The observation group and the control group were improved after 4 weeks of treatment compared with before treatment, but the observation group was more effective(P < 0.05).Conclusion 1.The scalp-acupuncture interactive virtual reality technology(synchronization mode)is based on the theory of "interactive needling".The scalp-acupuncture is combined with the virtual reality technology. The synchronization mode makes the curative effect of the two mutually beneficial and fully reflects the advantages of the effective combination of Chinese and Western rehabilitation therapy.2.Scalp-acupuncture interactive virtual reality technology(synchronous mode)can improve upper limb spasticity in recovery stage of ischemic stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type, improve upper limb motor function and hand function of patients, and improve self-care ability of daily life.3.Compared with the non-synchronous mode, the synchronous mode of scalp-acupuncture interactive virtual reality technology is more effective in the treatment of upper limb motor dysfunction in the recovery stage of ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis. |
