| Objective:To observe whether the efficacy of Qingre Lishi Xiezhuo Decoction combined with febuxostat tablets in the treatment of hyperuricemic nephropathy with damp heat syndrome is better than the use of febuxostat tablets alone.Method:Patients with hyperuricemic nephropathy with damp heat syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in a randomized,controlled design.In terms of basic treatment,the efficacy,adverse reactions,and side effects of Qingre Lishi Xiezhuo Decoction combined with febuxostat tablets group(observation group)and febuxostat tablets group(control group)at 2 weeks and 4 weeks were compared and record data.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the blood uric acid(564.05±102.90μmol/l),serum creatinine(166.28±84.24μmol/l),blood urea(12.06±7.70mmol/l),and 24H urine protein quantification(0.88±1.66g/24h)in the observation group(n=24)and the blood uric acid(580.80±113.20μmol/l),serum creatinine(145.72±93.74μmol/l),blood urea(9.10±5.12mmol/l),and 24H urine protein quantification(0.83±0.72g/24h)in the control group(n=25)(P>0.05).At 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum uric acid(438.95±126.76μmol/l)and 24H urine protein quantification(0.76±1.48g/24h)in the observation group were significantly lower than the serum uric acid(486.48±89.50μmol/l)and 24H urine protein quantification(0.83±0.77g/24h)in the control group,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the serum creatinine(161.47±93.22μmol/l)and blood urea(10.74±6.44mmol/l)in observation group and the serum creatinine(140.64±86.86μmol/l)and blood urea(8.83±4.77mmol/l)in the control group(P>0.05).At 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum uric acid(356.01±79.04μmol/l)and 24H urine protein quantification(0.54±0.76g/24h)in the observation group were significantly lower than the serum uric acid(391.06±67.06μmol/l)and 24H urine protein quantification(0.74±0.73g/24h)in the control group,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the serum creatinine(134.58±61.89μmol/l)and blood urea(9.17±3.80mmol/l)in observation group and the serum creatinine(139.05±88.56μmol/l)and blood urea(8.84±4.93mmol/l)in the control group(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference of the serum uric acid and the blood uric acid in the observation group between the pre-treatment and at 2 weeks and 4 weeks(P<0.05).Although the serum creatinine,blood urea,24H urine protein quantification between pre-treatment and at 2 weeks and 4 weeks had no statistical difference(P>0.05),the values were steadily decreasing.There was a statistically significant difference between the pre-treatment and at 2 weeks and 4 weeks in blood uric acid and the blood uric acid in the control group(P<0.05).The serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,24H urine protein quantification between pre-treatment and at 2 weeks and 4 weeks had no statistical difference(P>0.05).In terms of syndrome efficacy,the total effective rate of the observation group was 79.17%,which was significantly different from the total effective rate of 44.00%in the control group,indicating that after the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical symptoms of the patients were better relieved and the quality of life was improved.In terms of disease efficacy,the total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%,which was significantly different from the control group of 56.00%,indicating that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine has better curative effect than Western medicine alone.Regarding adverse reactions,there was no adverse reaction after treatment in both groups.Conclusion:The efficacy of Qingre Lishi Xiezhuo Decoction combined with febuxostat tablets in the treatment of hyperuricemic nephropathy with damp heat syndrome was better than the use of febuxostat tablets alone. |
