Network Meta-analysis Of Chinese Medicine Injections Combined With SOX Chemotherapy Regimen In Treating Gastric Cancer

Objective:A network Meta-analysis(NMA)was applied in this paper to evaluate that Chinese medicine injections combined with SOX chemotherapy regimen in treating gastric cancer.Method:Authors searched PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of science,CNKI,VIP,CBM,WanFang Date,retrieval time from the database of establishment to March 31,2018.Heterogeneity testing and Meta-analysis of survival data were performed by Statal4.0,and then ADDIS 1.16.8 was for network Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 369 records were searched,22 randomized controlled trials containing 6 types of Chinese medicine injections and 1,419 patients were included in the NMA.In terms of improving the efficacy,Aidi+SOX,Shenqi Fuzheng+ SOX,Kangai+ SOX and compound Kushen+SOX were superior to SOX chemotherapy regimen.In improving the quality of life,Shenqi Fuzheng + SOX,Xiaoaiping + SOX and Kanglaite + SOX were superior to SOX chemotherapy regimen.In terms of reducing the incidence of leukopenia,Aidi+SOX,Shenqi Fuzheng+SOX and Xiaoaiping+SOX were superior to SOX chemotherapy regimen.Aidi+SOX,Shenqi Fuzheng + SOX and Kangai + SOX can reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting.In reducing the incidence of liver injury,Aidi +SOX was superior to SOX chemotherapy regimen.In reducing the incidence of peripheral neuropathy,Aidi+SOX,Shenqi Fuzheng+ SOX,Kangai+SOX were superior to SOX chemotherapy regimen.Aidi+ SOX,Kangai + SOX were superior to Xiaoaiping + SOX in reducing the incidence of peripheral neuropathy.Aidi+SOX and Shenqi Fuzheng+SOX can extend the time to progression and median-survival time.Kang Ai+SOX can extend median-survival time.Xiaoaiping+SOX can extend progression-free survival.NMA results:Compound Kushen+ SOX were highest ranking in the efficacy,while Shenqi Fuzheng+ SOX was highest ranking in the quality of life,and Kangai + SOX was highest ranking in leukopenia,liver injury and peripheral neuropathy.Conclusions:While Chinese medicine injections combined with SOX chemotherapy regimen in treating gastric cancer,Compound Kushen injection was optimal in enhancing efficacy,Shenqi Fuzheng injection was optimal in improving the quality of life and Kangai injection was optimal in relieving adverse reactions.
