Clinical Observation Of Dachaihu Decoction In The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Of Liver-stomach Heat Retentiontype

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of jingfang dachaihu decoction in the treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver-stomach heat retention type,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of patients with liver-stomach heat retention type of gastroesophageal reflux disease by analyzing the changes of related data such as RDQ clinical score,anxiety and depression score,and clinical symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: A total of 60 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(gastro-hepatic stasis)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table,30 patients in each group.The treatment group was given oral dachaihu decoction.The control group was given 20 mg rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets orally.The treatment period was 4 weeks.RDQ clinical score,anxiety and depression score,TCM clinical symptom score and symptom score index changes were observed before and after treatment,and adverse reaction events were detected.Results:(1)after treatment,in comparison of RDQ clinical score,anxiety score,depression score,TCM clinical symptom score and recurrence rate between the two groups,the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(2)after treatment,no significant adverse events occurred in either group.Conclusions:Dachaihu decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and anxiety and depression symptoms of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver-stomach yu febrile type,and the curative effect is significant.
