Clinical Study On Senile Slow Arrhythmia (Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) Treated By Wenyang Huoxue Fulv Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenyang Huoxue Fulv Decoction,summarize clinical experience,enrich medical evidence.Methods: Seventy-two senile slow arrhythmia with syndrome differentiation of Yang deficiency and blood stasis were selected divided into control group and experimental group according to the principle of random grouping.The control group was treated with Xinbao pill orally,while the experimental group was treated with Wenyang huoxue fulv decoction orally.Two groups of patients were treated for 14 days.After the treatment,the changes of TCM single symptoms or signs integral,TCM syndrome integral,TCM syndrome curative effect,calm heart rate,the curative effect of 12-channel electrocardiogram,fastest heart rate,slowest heart rate,24-hour average heart rate,total heart rate,the curative effect of dynamic electrocardiogram and various safety indicators were observed.Results:1.Both Wenyang huoxue fulv decoction and Xinbao pill have certain curative effect on senile slow arrhythmia.However,Wenyang huoxue fulv decoction was significantly better than Xinbao Pill in improving symptoms or signs integral such as palpitation,cold and cold limbs,mental fatigue,lower extremity edema,lip purple darkness,improving the TCM syndrome integral,increasing calm heart rate,fastest heart rate,slowest heart rate,24-hour average heart rate and total heart rate(P< 0.01).In terms of improving chest tightness and shortness of breath,Wenyang huoxue fulv decoction was also more effective than Xinbao pill(P<0.05).2.The therapeutic effect of 12-channel ECG and dynamic ECG showed that Wenyang Huoxuefulv Decoction was more evidently effective than Xinbao Pill(P <0.01).3.In the two groups,there were no significant changes on blood routine,liver and kidney function,myocardial enzymology,blood lipid,fasting blood sugar,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,urine routine and fecal routine before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Wenyang Huoxue Fulv Decoction can obviously improve symptoms and enhance heart rate in the treatment of senile bradyarrhythmia of Yang deficiency and blood stasis type.Because of its safety,feasibility and no obvious adverse reactions,it can be popularized in clinical practice...
