Clinical Study Of Wenyang Huoxue Tongluo Decoction In Treating Peripheral Neurotoxicity Of Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Tumor Chemotherapy

Objective: Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenyang Huoxue Tongluo decoction in treating peripheral neurotoxicity of Yang deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome after chemotherapy of tumor.Method: According to the case selection standard of this topic,66 patients with peripheral neurotoxicity of Yang deficiency and blood stasis type were included and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 33 cases,the Control Group was given mecobalamin capsules for 14 days for 1 course.Both the Control Group and the treatment group were observed for 1 course,after one course of treatment,we compared the indexes of peripheral neurotoxicity,TCM Syndrome score and quality of life score of the two groups before and after treatment.Then we used SPSS 25.0 to make statistical analysis to judge the treatment effect of the two groups,to get the results of the study.Results:1.Clinical efficacy of peripheral neurotoxicity: After treatment,the grade of peripheral toxicity of the two groups was lower than that before treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.62%,and that of the control group was 68.75%(P <0.05).The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.The total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 71.87% in the control group(P< 0.05).3.Qol Score: there are no statistical differences in the grading of QOL in two cases before treatment(P > 0.05),After treatment,the QOL score of the two groups was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.Safety evaluation: Blood routine examination,liver and kidney function were not abnormal,there was no statistical significance before and after treatment,and no adverse reaction occurred during treatment.Wenyang Huoxue Tongluo decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with peripheral neurotoxicity caused by chemotherapy,reduce the classification of peripheral neurotoxicity,and improve the quality of life of patients.No obvious toxic and side effects were found,which is worth to be popularized in clinic.
