ObjectiveBy comparing the difference of curative effect between the time-space acupuncture Ling Turtle Eight method and the conventional acupuncture method in thetreatment of blood stasis qi stagnation lumbar protrusion, this paper discusses the effectiveness of t time-space acupuncture Ling Turtle Eight method in the treatment of blood stasis qi stagnation type lumbar intervertebral discherniation, and looks for news method and ideas for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of blood stasis qi stagnation type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.MethodsUsing randomized and controlled clinical research methods,60 patients with lumbar intervertebral discherniation were randomly divided into treatment group in 30 cases, using time-space acupuncture Ling Turtle Eight method, and 30 cases in control group were treated with conventional acupuncture.Every group geted 3 cures every week and cureed 6 times totally. The Visual simulation table(VAS)of lumbar and/or leg pain before and after treatment were compared and analyzed in two groups, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed in the evaluation of the curative effect of 2 groups after 1 times,3 times and 6 times after 3 therapeutic effects.Results1.There was no statistically significant difference in age,sex and course of disease among the two subjects(P>0.05),this was no obviously diferent in both groups of VAS visual simulation scores and the scores of JOA low back and leg pain(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.Two groups before and after treatment VAS visual simulation score,Joa back and leg pain score Improvement Comparison:Two groups treated of 1,3,6 after 3 efficacy evaluation of the phase point of VAS score,JOA and leg pain score and pre-treatment comparison are statistically outstanding(P<0.05);Symptoms in two groups were obviously lower than before(P<0.05),and the scores of the two groups of VAS visual simulation scores and JOA leg pain scores were statistically significant compared with those of the same curative effect evaluation(P<0.05).3.Comparison of efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment:(1)Ending one cure, the all efficient of the cure group reached 56.67%;The all efficient of the observation group reached 30.00%,the cure group was better than the observation group, the distinction was obviously meaningful(P < 0.05).(2)Ending three times of cure, the all efficient of the cure group reached 76.67%;The all efficient of the observation group reached 63.33%.There was obviously meaningful in the both groups(P < 0.05).(3)Ending six cures, the all efficient of the cure group reached 93.33%;The all efficient of the observation group reached 86.67%.The distinction was obviously meaningful(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.Time and Space Acupuncture tortoise Eight method and conventional acupuncture method in the treatment of blood stasis qi stagnation type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation have achieved significant results;2.Time and Space Acupuncture tortoise Eight methods in the treatment of blood stasis qi stagnation type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients in relieving pain, improve waist function activity and signs of the efficacy is significantly better than conventional acupuncture group;3.Time and Space Acupuncture Tortoise Eight method to treat blood stasis qi stagnation type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is significantly better than the control group, and the effect is faster, the course of treatment is short, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
