Objective: By comparing the effect of three needles with common acupuncture therapy, the clinical curative effect of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome)was evaluated.Materials and Methods:A total of 105 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(blood stasis and qi stagnation)who were hospitalized in the gynecological ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between June 2016 and June 2017 were enrolled. The numbers were serially numbered and divided into 2 groups using the random number table method. There was no statistical difference in age, gender, and disease course between the two groups(P>0.05).In the three-needle group, three needles were used to treat the acupuncture points.Three acupuncture points and three ischial needles(Shenshu,Dachangshu,Venezuela,Zusangu,Kunlun)were selected for the acupuncture points. The acupuncture group was treated with ordinary acupuncture and the acupuncture points were selected for general higher education."Eleventh Five-Year" national standard textbooks in acupuncture and moxibustion in low back pain(blood stasis Qi stagnation card)acupoints: waist is a point(2),large intestine Yu,Venezuela,Qushu, two courses of treatment are 2 weeks. One month later, outpatient follow-up was used for scoring.By comparing the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, pain visual analog scale(VAS),and the Japanese Academy of Orthopaedics Association low back pain scale(JOA)scores, the efficacy of the two treatments after the end of two weeks of treatment and one month after the end of treatment were evaluated.Differences, statistical analysis of their related data. Results:In the course of treatment,5 patients were excluded.Among them,2 patients in the treatment group were stopped for treatment due to fainting,2 in the control group and 1 in the control group with elevated blood pressure. The above 5 patients terminated the experiment and were not included in the statistical study.Compared with the overall curative effect, the total effective rate was 94% in the treatment group after 2 weeks of treatment, and the total effective rate was 86% after 1 month of treatment. The total effective rate was 78% in the control group after 2 weeks of treatment. After the month, the total effective rate was 62%;in the treatment group, the VAS score was 3.32±1.15 for 2 weeks;the VAS score was 3.38±1.09 in the end of the treatment;the VAS score was 3.58±1.21 in the control group for 2 weeks;the VAS score was 5.14±1.16 in the end of the treatment. The treatment group was treated with JOA score of 22.36±2.57 for 2 weeks and JOA score of 22.24±2.43 for the end of treatment. The control group was treated with JOA score of 18.08±2.15 for 2 weeks and JOA score of 14.08±3.57 for the end of treatment. Conclusion: The treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with Qi three needle therapy(blood stasis and qi stagnation)is more effective than ordinary acupuncture treatment, and the long-term efficacy is more stable.
