| Objective: This paper aims to investigate whether there is a correlation between health quotient level and sub-health status through a questionnaire survey on health quotient level and sub-health status of undergraduate nursing students in the school;analysis of the level of health quotient and sub-health Relevant factors in the state and according to relevant factors, propose intervention measures to improve the health quotient level of undergraduate nursing students and reduce the sub-health status,so as to improve the health quotient level and improve sub-health status of undergraduate nursing students in school.Provide basis and reference for cultivating better quality nursing talents. Methods: Cross-sectional survey study. In June 2018,a total of 450 undergraduate students from 10 classes of undergraduate nursing students in a college in Changchun City were selected as a research object by means of convenient sampling. The general information questionnaire and the sub-health status questionnaire were issued. The Health Quotient(HQ)questionnaire was conducted in an anonymous manner. After the investigation,a database was established for statistical analysis. Results: The study consisted of 440 undergraduate students majoring in nursing, with a sub-health score of 62.97±11.35.Among the three dimensions, the physiological dimension is the highest, followed by the social dimension, and the psychological dimension is the lowest.Through the single factor analysis of the sub-health status of undergraduate nursing students in the school, the statistically significant factors were(P<0.05): the family location, whether it was the only child, the employment situation, and the health quotient.Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that the two factors of whether it is the only child and health quotient are independent factors influencing the sub-health status of undergraduate nursing students.Undergraduate health education in the school is divided into 5.94±1.43 points.Among the five dimensions, the lifestyle dimension scored the highest, followed by the life skilldimension, the mental state dimension, and the self-care dimension, and the health knowledge dimension scored the lowest.Through the single factor analysis of the undergraduate health quotient level of nursing students in the school, the statistically significant factors were(P<0.05): grade, whether it was the core family, family monthly income, and nursing employment situation.Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that the three factors of grade, whether it is a nuclear family and employment situation are the independent influencing factors of undergraduate health education in school.According to the pearson correlation analysis, there is a positive correlation between the health quotient level and the sub-health status of undergraduate nursing students. Conclusion: The incidence of sub-health status of undergraduate nursing students in a college in Changchun City is 68.6%.The sub-health scores from high to low are physiological, social and psychological. The relevant factors affecting the incidence of sub-health status are: family location, whether it is only child, employment situation, and health quotient;among them, the independent influencing factors are whether it is only one child and two health quotients.Undergraduate health education in a college of nursing in Changchun City is at a medium level. The dimensions of health quotient from high to low are the lifestyle dimension, life skill dimension, mental state dimension,self-care dimension and health knowledge dimension. The relevant factors affecting health quotient are: grade, whether it is a nuclear family, family monthly income, and nursing employment situation;among them, the independent influencing factors are grade, whether it is a nuclear family, and the nursing employment situation. There is a positive correlation between the health quotient level and the sub-health status of undergraduate nursing students in a college in Changchun City. |
