| Objective This research was on the methods of surface electromyogram technology between patients of deglutition disorder after stroke and normal adults related muscle groups in different conditions.The differences between different muscle groups and different measurement models would be analysed to effective evaluation of before and after clinical diagnosis and treatment methods.Methods 30 cases of deglutition disorders were form the first affiliated hospital of Henan university of traditional Chinese medicine.The normal group was from center students and patients’ families.The related muscle groups were collected at different measurement models by 8 channel surface sEMG analysis system both patients group and normal group.SPSS 17.0 was used to analysis the mean square value and finally come to the conclusion.Results Orbicularisoris muscle and masseter and bigaster of patients’ group at mandibular position was no statistically significant difference(P=0.512,0.569,0.128)compare with normal people.Orbicularisoris muscle and masseter and bigaster of patients’ group at chewing movement had statistically significant difference(P=0.006,0.000,0.000)compare with normal people.Orbicularisoris muscle and masseter and bigaster of patients’ group at dry swallow had statistically significant difference(P=0.000,0.020,0.001)compare with normal people.Conclusion The mean square value of orbicularisoris muscle and masseter and bigaster were no significant differences at mandibular position either patients group or normal group.However,it shows significant differences at chewing movement and dry swallow both patients group and normal group. |
