Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Dyslipidemia With Tiaogan Jianpi Huashixingxuefang Plus Acupoint Application

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of type 2 diabetes with dyslipidemia in patients with liver stagnation,spleen deficiency,and wet sputum combined with TCM therapy,and to explore the mechanism of this therapy.Methods: 90 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into a control group,a Chinese medicine group,and a Chinese medicine + application group,each with 30 cases.The control group was treated with basic therapy plus Xuezhikang capsules,the Chinese medicine group was treated with basic therapy plus self-invigorating liver,spleen and dampness,and the traditional Chinese medicine + application group was added with acupoint application on the basis of the Chinese medicine group.In February,a course of treatment was performed.After the treatment was completed,the TCM syndrome scores,blood lipids,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,blood rheology,high-sensitivity c-reactive protein,glycated hemoglobin,and body mass index(BMI)were observed.Safety indicators mainly observed changes in urine routine,blood routine,and liver and kidney function.Results:(1)After treatment,the three groups of efficacy indicators all improved in varying degrees.The Chinese medicine + application group can effectively improve the body mass index(BMI),blood lipids,blood glucose,blood rheology,high-sensitivity c-reactive protein,glycated hemoglobin and other indicators,and has excellent efficacy.In Chinese medicine group and control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)After treatment,the efficacy of three groups of TCM syndromes was compared.The total effective rate was 60% in the control group,73.3% in the TCM group,86.7% in the TCM + application group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The Chinese medicine + application group was superior to the Chinese medicine group and the control group in improving the TCM syndromes,and the Chinese medicine group was superior to the control group.(3)After treatment,the three groups of comprehensive efficacy comparison,the total effective rate of 70% in the control group,the total effective rate of Chinese medicine group 83.3% Chinese medicine + application group total efficiency 93.3%,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The comprehensive curative effect of the Chinese medicine + application group was better than that of the Chinese medicine group and the control group,and the Chinese medicine group was superior to the control group.(4)There was no abnormal change in the three groups of safety indicators before and after treatment,which indicates that the study is safe and reliable.Conclusion: The treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency and wet blood stasis type 2 diabetes with dyslipidemia is significant and safe and reliable.It is worthy of further study and application.
