Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Infantile Mild Malnutrition (Spleen And Stomach Weakness) With Strengthening Spleen And Stomach Tuina Method Combined With Healthy Nutrition Guidance

Objective:The quantitative evaluation of mild malnutrition(spleen and stomach weakness)and its etiology and pathogenesis analysis were conducted in combination with healthy diet and spleen and stomach tuina method,and verified the effect of the treatment.Methods:60 cases of mild malnutrition(spleen and stomach weakness)that fit the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two sets.The control group received health nutrition guidance once a week for 8 weeks;The treatment group performed tuina therapy on the basis of the control group,1 per day,every 20 to 30 minutes,a week 3 times,two weeks is a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses.After treatment,the symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the differences in the clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed.Results: 1.The total effective rate of the experimental group(93.10%)was better than that of the control group(64.29%),P<0.05.2.Before and after treatment,the symptom score of children in the experimental group was compared,P<0.01.3.In the treatment group and the control group,the total score was compared,P<0.05.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Strengthening spleen and stomach massage combined with healthy nutrition guidance on treating the disease is accurate.Treatment group is superior to control group,also easy to operate,for clinical prevention and treatment of infantile mild malnutrition provides a safe and effective comprehensive treatment method,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
