Clinical Research On Warming Moxibustion In The Improvement Of Kidney Deficiency And Marrow Insufficiency Type Alzheimer’s Disease Patients With Cognitive Functions

Objective : To observe the clinical curative effects of warming moxibustionon kidney deficiency and marrow insufficiency type Alzheimer’s disease(AD)patients with cognitive function,exploring its mechanism,in order to provide new ideas and approaches for the treatment of AD.Methods:This study selected 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria in Weifang Hospital of TCM Department of encephalopathy and acupuncture from January 2016 to November 2017.Using the random digital table,60 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given the treatment of oral donepezil hydrochlorideonce a night,12 weeks.And the treatment group was treated with warming moxibustion on the basis of the control group once a day,6 times a week for 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,two groups of MMSE scores、Mo CA scores and TCM syndrome scores were evaluated respectively.Data was processed using SPSS17.0 statistical software.T test was used for measurement data,χ2 tests were used for counting data and rank sum test was used for Rank data and measurement data that did not conform to normal distribution.All the statistical tests were tested by bilateral tests.When P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.There were significant differences when P<0.01Results: In TCM symptoms efficacy,the total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),which indicated that both groups could improve the curative effect of TCM symptoms,and the treatment group was better than the control group.In TCM symptoms score,MMSE score and Mo CA score,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that the two groups can improve the patients TCM symptoms score,MMSE score and Mo CA score,improve the patients the clinical symptoms and cognitive function.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Warming moxibustion method can improve the curative effect of TCM syndrome of patients with kidney deficiency and marrow insufficiency type AD,improve clinical symptoms and cognitive function.No obvious adverse reaction was found during the treatment,and the two methods were both safely.
